雙臥軸全尾砂膏體充填料攪拌機葉片排列方式和葉片參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:為了增強雙臥軸全尾砂膏體充填料攪拌機的攪拌效果,提高攪拌機生產(chǎn)能力,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,開展了“雙臥軸全尾砂膏體充填料攪拌機葉片排列方式和葉片參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計”課題研究,主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)不同葉片排列方式的全尾砂膏體充填料攪拌機的攪拌效果仿真。分析比較了單向正排列、單向反排列和對稱排列方式對攪拌機攪拌效果的影響,提出了一種新的葉片排列方式—混合排列方式,并對四種葉片排列方式的全尾砂膏體充填料攪拌機內(nèi)部流速場進行仿真,根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果驗證混合排列方式的優(yōu)越性。(2)混合排列全尾砂膏體充填料攪拌機葉片參數(shù)優(yōu)化。在葉片排列方式優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ)上,對雙臥軸全尾砂膏體充填料攪拌機葉片的兩個主要參數(shù)(葉片寬度和安裝角度)進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,提出葉片角度設(shè)計的約束條件和最合理的設(shè)計建議,以提高攪拌機生產(chǎn)能力。(3)葉片結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計優(yōu)化。通過對葉片結(jié)構(gòu)模型的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分析,優(yōu)化葉片結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,對葉片結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的材質(zhì)和結(jié)構(gòu)形式提出建議。研究結(jié)果表明:混合排列方式的全尾砂膏體充填料攪拌機內(nèi)部流場強度高,區(qū)域大,攪拌效果最佳;葉片寬度根據(jù)設(shè)備功率和生產(chǎn)能力要求確定,葉片角度最佳角度為49°;葉片的材質(zhì)宜選擇經(jīng)濟、耐磨的Q235。
[Abstract]:In order to enhance the mixing effect of the double horizontal shaft full tailing paste filling material mixer and improve the production capacity of the mixer, on the basis of previous studies, The research on the optimum design of blade arrangement and blade parameters of double horizontal shaft full tailing paste filling material mixer was carried out. The main contents are as follows: (1) the simulation of the mixing effect of the whole tailings paste filling mixer with different blade arrangement. This paper analyzes and compares the influence of unidirectional positive arrangement, unidirectional inverse arrangement and symmetrical arrangement on agitation effect of agitator, and puts forward a new arrangement mode of blade, that is, mixing arrangement. The flow field of four kinds of blade arrangement is simulated, and the superiority of the mixed arrangement is verified according to the simulation results. (2) the blade parameters of the mixed paste filling mixer are optimized. On the basis of the optimization of blade arrangement, two main parameters (blade width and installation angle) of double horizontal shaft full tailing paste filling mixer blade are optimized. The constraint conditions of blade angle design and the most reasonable design suggestions are put forward in order to increase the production capacity of mixer. (3) Blade structure design optimization. Through the stress and strain analysis of the blade structure model, the blade structure design is optimized, and the material and structure form of the blade structure design are suggested. The results show that the internal flow field intensity is high, the area is large and the mixing effect is the best, and the blade width is determined according to the requirements of equipment power and production capacity, and the optimum angle of blade angle is 49 擄. The material of blade should choose economy, wear-resistant Q235.
