不同品級(jí)鋁礬土均化燒結(jié)性能及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的研究

【摘要】:利用TG-DSC-DTG對(duì)不同品級(jí)鋁礬土進(jìn)行熱分析,研究不同品級(jí)鋁礬土在不同溫度下的均化燒結(jié)情況,利用XRD、SEM對(duì)均化礬土熟料的物相組成和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:Al2O3含量為89%(S級(jí))、84%(I級(jí))和74%(IIA級(jí))的鋁礬土,其最佳均化燒結(jié)溫度分別為1580℃、1600℃和1650℃,各級(jí)均化礬土熟料在最佳燒結(jié)狀態(tài)下的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和生長(zhǎng)形態(tài)為:S級(jí)、I級(jí)均化礬土熟料主要為發(fā)育良好的剛玉晶粒,大部分呈長(zhǎng)柱狀,少量呈等軸狀,晶粒間結(jié)合緊密,雜質(zhì)均勻分布在晶界的玻璃相中;IIA級(jí)均化礬土熟料中剛玉相與莫來(lái)石相共存,晶粒發(fā)育良好,莫來(lái)石晶體為長(zhǎng)柱狀。
[Abstract]:The thermal analysis of bauxite of different grade was carried out by TG-DSC-DTG, and the homogenization sintering of bauxite at different temperature was studied. The phase composition and microstructure of bauxite clinker were studied by XRD,SEM.
