煤礦井下無軌膠輪電動(dòng)車驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development status of driving control technology and electric vehicle drive controller is described. The driving controller of underground trackless rubber wheel electric vehicle based on DSP control is studied by selecting TMS320F2812 as the core of driving controller. The detailed research contents are as follows: firstly, the paper analyzes the running environment of underground trackless rubber wheel electric vehicle, and studies the basic characteristics of underground trackless rubber wheel electric vehicle. The basic structure of the whole electric vehicle is studied and compared, and the layout of the underground trackless rubber wheel electric vehicle is determined. Secondly, the motor, battery, IPM module and various sensors are selected to determine the parameters of each part of the drive control system. Then, using TMS320F2812 chip as the core of the driver controller, the hardware and software of the driver controller are designed. The hardware circuit, main program and interrupt program are designed, and the software flow chart of each module is given. Finally, the simulation and experiment are carried out. By comparing the experimental data and the actual demand, it is shown that the driving controller of the underground rubber wheel can realize the basic function of driving control. It has laid a solid foundation for its application in underground coal mine.
