含水率及孔隙率對松軟煤體強(qiáng)度特征影響的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為獲得含水率及孔隙率綜合影響下松軟煤體強(qiáng)度特征的變化規(guī)律,針對淮南礦業(yè)集團(tuán)新莊孜煤礦66207工作面松軟煤體,運(yùn)用自行研制的型煤制樣裝置,借助RMT-150B巖石力學(xué)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),開展了不同孔隙率下松軟煤體強(qiáng)度特征的含水率效應(yīng)試驗(yàn)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:各孔隙率下松軟煤體的單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度隨含水率的增大均呈先增后減的基本規(guī)律,最高強(qiáng)度對應(yīng)的臨界含水率具有差異性;隨孔隙率的增大,煤體臨界含水率呈線性增大,而含水率影響下的煤體最高強(qiáng)度逐漸降低。結(jié)合液橋力理論,引入液體飽和度,揭示了松軟煤體力學(xué)特征演化的內(nèi)在機(jī)制。研究成果闡釋了松軟煤體臨界含水率變化的本質(zhì)原因,可為實(shí)施松軟煤層的安全高效開采提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the change rule of soft coal body strength characteristics under the comprehensive influence of water content and porosity, aiming at the soft coal body in 66207 face of Xinzhuangzi Coal Mine of Huainan Mining Group, the self-developed briquette sample preparation device is used. With the help of RMT-150B rock mechanics test system, the moisture content effect of soft coal under different porosity was studied. The results show that the uniaxial compressive strength of soft coal under various porosity increases first and then decreases with the increase of water content, and the critical water content corresponding to the highest strength is different. With the increase of porosity, the critical water content of coal increases linearly, and the maximum strength of coal decreases gradually under the influence of water content. Combined with the theory of liquid bridge force, the internal mechanism of the evolution of mechanical characteristics of soft coal is revealed by introducing liquid saturation. The research results explain the essential reason of the change of critical moisture content of soft coal body, which can provide the theoretical basis for the safe and efficient mining of soft coal seam.
