同忻礦特厚煤層綜放開采覆巖破斷特征與礦壓規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:同忻礦是大同煤礦集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司第二座主采石炭二疊系煤層的千萬噸級礦井。同忻井田包含侏羅系和石炭二疊系兩組煤系,煤層相距100 m-300 m,石炭系3-5#煤層平均厚度達(dá)到15 m,屬于特厚煤層,雙系煤層都存在兩硬條件,即煤層與頂板都為堅硬煤巖體。由于特厚、雙系兩硬的特殊條件,綜放開采石炭二疊系煤層的同忻礦在生產(chǎn)過程中已多次遇到了上覆巖層縱向大結(jié)構(gòu)破壞引起的強(qiáng)烈的礦壓顯現(xiàn)。因此,開展同忻礦特厚煤層綜放開采覆巖破斷特征與礦壓規(guī)律的研究不僅可以為同忻井田雙系兩硬煤層安全高效開采提供重要保障,也能夠為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。論文針對同忻礦特厚煤層、雙系兩硬的特殊條件下,以8105工作面為例,應(yīng)用理論分析、相似材料模擬、現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測等方法對同忻礦8105工作面上覆巖層運動規(guī)律與礦壓顯現(xiàn)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究。以關(guān)鍵層理論為基礎(chǔ),確定了8105工作面上覆巖層中的關(guān)鍵層分布,對關(guān)鍵層破斷與8105工作面的礦壓控制進(jìn)行分析,分析結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場來壓情況進(jìn)行比較,基本滿足現(xiàn)場觀測到的實際情況;采用相似材料模擬實驗對侏羅系9#煤、11#煤、12#煤、14#煤開采后,石炭系開采過程中,關(guān)鍵層破斷與8105工作面礦壓顯現(xiàn)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行模擬,驗證了利用復(fù)合礦壓理論對工作面上覆關(guān)鍵層破斷分析結(jié)果的正確性。研究結(jié)果表明,同忻礦特厚煤層綜放開采覆巖存在垮落帶和裂隙帶,而無明顯的彎曲下沉帶,覆巖關(guān)鍵層的破斷控制工作面的周期大壓和周期小壓的顯現(xiàn),是工作面前后方采動應(yīng)力影響范圍大的主要原因,以此可以預(yù)測工作面礦壓的顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律,論文的研究結(jié)果不僅為同忻礦的礦壓控制提供了理論基礎(chǔ),也為強(qiáng)礦壓的防治提供了科學(xué)決策的支持。同時論文的研究方法也為大同礦區(qū)其他開采石炭二疊系煤層的礦井提供有意義的借鑒和參考,具有重要的理論意義和實際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Tongxin Mine is the second coal mine of the Permian coal seam in Datong Coal Mine Group Co., Ltd. The Tongxin mine field consists of two groups of coal measures, Jurassic and Carboniferous Permian. The coal beds are separated from each other by 100m-300 m, and the average thickness of Carboniferous 3-coal beds is 15 m, which belongs to the extra thick coal seam, and there are two hard conditions in both coal beds. That is, coal seam and roof are hard coal and rock mass. Due to the special conditions of thick and double systems, Tongxin Coal Mine of Carboniferous Permian Coal seam in fully mechanized caving mining has encountered strong rock pressure phenomena caused by the destruction of vertical large structure of overlying strata many times in the process of production. Therefore, the study of overburden fracture characteristics and rock pressure law in fully mechanized caving mining in Tongxin coal mine can not only provide an important guarantee for the safe and efficient mining of double-system two-hard coal seam in Tongxin mine field. Can also achieve good economic and social benefits for enterprises. Under the special condition of double system and two hard, taking 8105 working face as an example, this paper applies theoretical analysis and similar material simulation to the extra thick coal seam of Tongxin Mine. The relationship between the movement of overlying strata and the appearance of rock pressure in 8105 face of Tongxin Coal Mine was studied by field monitoring and other methods. Based on the theory of critical layer, the distribution of key strata in overlying strata of 8105 face is determined, and the rock pressure control of critical stratum breaking and 8105 face is analyzed, and the results are compared with the situation of site pressure. Basically meet the actual situation observed in the field; The paper simulates the relationship between the breakdown of key strata and the formation of mine pressure in 8105 working face during the process of Carboniferous mining after exploitation of Jurassic 9# coal, 11# coal, 12# coal and 14# coal by using similar material simulation experiment. The correctness of the analysis results of the key strata breaking on the top of the working face is verified by using the compound rock pressure theory. The research results show that there are caving zones and fracture zones in overlying rock in fully mechanized caving mining in Tongxin coal mine, but there is no obvious bending and sinking zone, and the occurrence of periodic high pressure and periodic small pressure in the face controlled by breaking of key strata of overburden rock is not obvious. It is the main reason of large influence range of mining stress in front and rear of working face, which can predict the appearance law of face rock pressure. The research results of this paper not only provide a theoretical basis for mine pressure control in Tongxin mine, but also provide a theoretical basis for mine pressure control in Tongxin mine. It also provides scientific decision support for the prevention and cure of strong mine pressure. At the same time, the research method of this paper also provides a meaningful reference for other coal mines mining Carboniferous Permian coal seams in Datong mining area, which has important theoretical significance and practical application value.
