【摘要】：隨著煤礦采深的增加,高瓦斯礦井和煤與瓦斯突出礦井日趨增多,煤與瓦斯突出煤層的開采難度也日趨增大,對煤礦開采工作帶來了更大的挑戰(zhàn)和更高的技術(shù)要求。經(jīng)過大量的科學研究和實踐檢驗,上行卸壓開采被提出并廣泛應(yīng)用。但下保護層開采過后,其覆巖隨采動受到一定程度的破壞,給上部被保護層的回采帶來了一定的困難,尤其對采準巷道的布置提出了更高的要求。 本文結(jié)合淮北礦業(yè)集團朱仙莊礦Ⅱ5采區(qū)上行卸壓開采的具體實例,著重從以下幾個方面來分析總結(jié)；①通過建立覆巖破壞的彎拉破壞和剪切破壞模型,得出頂板的主要破斷形式、初期來壓和周期來壓步距、并計算出覆巖“兩帶”高度及覆巖穩(wěn)定周期；②采用FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬軟件對10煤開采進行模擬,分析總結(jié)出10煤開采后上覆巖層的變形破壞規(guī)律、被保護層8煤的變形破壞規(guī)律、同時對比不同位置巷道掘進時的效果,進而判斷出被保護層回采巷道和底板巖石巷道的合適位置；③通過實驗室相似模擬實驗進行相似比例的模擬開采,揭示了上行卸壓開采上覆巖層的變形破壞規(guī)律、應(yīng)力場分布規(guī)律及覆巖的變形破壞穩(wěn)定周期；④通過在淮北礦業(yè)集團朱仙莊礦Ⅱ5采區(qū)10煤頂板原有巷道布置監(jiān)測點,根據(jù)長期的數(shù)據(jù)觀測推斷出上行卸壓開采覆巖變形破壞規(guī)律及覆巖變形破壞穩(wěn)定周期；從而確定頂板巷道的合理位置和適當?shù)木蜻M時機。
