東鞍山含菱鐵礦赤鐵礦石分級(jí)浮選試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:東鞍山燒結(jié)廠礦石鐵品位為32.45%,具有貧鐵、高硅的特點(diǎn),主要鐵礦物為赤鐵礦,主要脈石礦物為石英,同時(shí)含有少量的菱鐵礦和磁鐵礦,是一種含菱鐵礦赤鐵礦石。對(duì)磨礦細(xì)度為-0.074 mm占70%的產(chǎn)品篩分分析表明,隨著粒度的增加,各粒級(jí)鐵品位逐漸增大,鐵礦物單體解離度逐漸減小。在該磨礦細(xì)度下進(jìn)行分級(jí)浮選閉路試驗(yàn),-0.074 mm粒級(jí)以檸檬酸為分散劑、氧化鈣為活化劑、淀粉為抑制劑、KS-Ⅲ為捕收劑,+0.074 mm粒級(jí)以淀粉為抑制劑、十二胺為捕收劑,可獲得精礦鐵品位63.30%和鐵回收率71.32%的浮選指標(biāo)。與全粒級(jí)浮選相比,分級(jí)浮選可減弱微細(xì)粒礦物的黏附罩蓋,提高浮選指標(biāo)。

The main iron ore is hematite, the main gangue mineral is quartz, and there are a few siderite and magnetite, so it is a kind of hematite containing siderite. The sieving analysis of products with grinding fineness of-0.074 mm showed that with the increase of grain size, the grade of iron increased gradually, and the dissociation degree of iron mineral monomer decreased gradually. The closed circuit test of fractionation flotation was carried out under the grinding fineness.
