微細浸染型金礦的微波焙燒預(yù)處理研究

【摘要】:研究了微波焙燒預(yù)處理對微細浸染型難處理金礦浸出的影響。正交試驗表明,各因素對浸出率影響程度大小依次為:微波焙燒溫度、焙燒時間、浸出時間、浸出劑TY-3用量和氫氧化鈉用量。在微波焙燒溫度550℃,焙燒時間40 min,浸出劑TY-3用量14 kg/t,氫氧化鈉用量8 kg/t,浸出10 h的優(yōu)化條件下,浸出率達94.8%。XRD分析結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)微波加熱焙燒后,原礦中黃鐵礦轉(zhuǎn)化為赤鐵礦。與馬弗爐焙燒對比,微波焙燒可能具有選擇性加熱作用,更有利于礦石中包裹金的暴露。
