礦井巷道淋濕蒸發(fā)換熱系數(shù)構(gòu)建及風(fēng)流溫度計(jì)算

【摘要】:針對(duì)全礦井網(wǎng)域系統(tǒng)巷道圍巖與風(fēng)流熱-濕交換計(jì)算復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題,提出構(gòu)建淋濕巷道風(fēng)流換熱系數(shù)模型,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)風(fēng)流相對(duì)濕度,掌握礦井(進(jìn)風(fēng)側(cè))風(fēng)流濕度變化規(guī)律,反向推演確定井巷水蒸發(fā)影響下風(fēng)流與巷道圍巖熱交換的模型,修正圍巖與風(fēng)流的換熱系數(shù);用風(fēng)量加權(quán)距離描述實(shí)際礦井網(wǎng)域風(fēng)流相對(duì)濕度變化規(guī)律。結(jié)合九道嶺礦實(shí)例,將算法納入到礦井網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)中,在MATLAB平臺(tái)上運(yùn)用TF1M3D對(duì)全礦井網(wǎng)域系統(tǒng)風(fēng)流溫度進(jìn)行仿真求解。研究表明,巷道淋水蒸發(fā)吸熱對(duì)井巷風(fēng)流溫度影響很大,主進(jìn)風(fēng)井段風(fēng)流溫度增加0.97℃,變化幅度不大,隨著濕度增大風(fēng)流溫度遞增變化幅度增大,與九道嶺礦進(jìn)風(fēng)大巷測(cè)定結(jié)果吻合。將該算法納入網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系計(jì)算中,可解決3D礦井模型通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)熱害防治溫度分布仿真及自然風(fēng)壓自動(dòng)計(jì)算問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In view of the complex calculation of heat and moisture exchange between surrounding rock and air flow of roadway in the whole mine network system, a model of heat transfer coefficient of air flow in wet roadway is proposed. According to the field measured relative humidity of air flow, the variation law of air flow humidity in mine (inlet side) is grasped. The model of heat exchange between air flow and roadway surrounding rock under the influence of water evaporation is determined, and the heat transfer coefficient of surrounding rock and wind flow is corrected. The change law of relative humidity of air flow in actual mine space is described by weighted air volume distance. Combined with the example of Jiudaoling Mine, the algorithm is integrated into the mine network system, and TF1M3D is used to simulate the air flow temperature of the whole mine network area system on the MATLAB platform. The results show that the evaporation and heat absorption of dripping water has a great influence on the air flow temperature, and the air flow temperature in the main inlet air well increases by 0.97 鈩,
