【摘要】：正煤炭行業(yè)歷經(jīng)了近十年的高速發(fā)展,目前全球煤炭裝備制造業(yè)幾乎全部轉(zhuǎn)移到了中國,我們的產(chǎn)能也占了世界的一半�？茖W技術(shù)對煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的支撐作用越來越強,同時也對行業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)提出了更高的要求,而我們的高等教育實際上是落后的,我們大學培養(yǎng)的人才跟社會的需求相比有一定的滯后性。當前,煤炭行業(yè)遇到了前所未有的困境,如何培養(yǎng)符合行業(yè)發(fā)展需要的高素質(zhì)復合型專業(yè)人才是行業(yè)高校的頭等大事,因此我們擬對我國煤炭領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才的培養(yǎng)
[Abstract]:After nearly a decade of rapid development of the coal industry, the global coal equipment manufacturing industry has almost all moved to China, we also account for half of the world's production capacity. Science and technology are playing a more and more important role in supporting the coal industry. At the same time, they have also put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in the industry. However, our higher education is actually lagging behind. Compared with the needs of the society, the talents cultivated in our university are lagging behind. At present, the coal industry has encountered an unprecedented predicament, how to cultivate high-quality and complex professional personnel in accordance with the development needs of the industry is the top priority of the industry colleges and universities. Therefore, we intend to train innovative engineering and scientific and technological personnel in the coal field of our country.
