選礦廠溢流型球磨分級控制工藝設計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Separation and separation of ore separation process in concentrator affect the production process of ore separation index. The separation process index is not only related to the separation equipment, but also to the ore breaking grain size, water supply, ore feed quantity and production operation quality. The old ball mill can not meet the technical requirements in equipment performance, energy consumption, stage time treatment and ore quantity treatment. With the rapid development of science and technology, the integrated application of sensor technology, signal transmission technology, network technology and software technology, make the separation process ball mill grading production to achieve centralized operation control, automatic on-line monitoring, signal synchronous transmission, And trend forecasts are possible. The automatic system of centralized operation and monitoring is used to realize real-time data monitoring and the development direction of integrated production management of management and management. Automatic control of grinding and classification process in concentrator can be divided into two ways: fixed value control and optimal control. Based on the analysis of IFIX configuration data technology and related TCP/IP technology, the hardware and software design of monitoring terminal, the software design of monitoring center, the collection and transmission of monitoring data and so on are realized. It is helpful for mine emergency departments and related units to monitor and predict the change of concentrate grade in real time, and to provide a new type of master control system with accurate real-time data for raw ore production, ore breaking index and pellet grade index. The unified open control mode replaces the traditional PLC,DCS control mode. The control network adopts double layer network structure, the lower layer adopts PLC control network, and the upper layer adopts optical fiber Ethernet ring network. Main parameters online detection, control, recording, alarm, management, to provide a real-time network database for higher authorities. The integration of information management, optimization control and process control is realized by computer support system, and the comprehensive automation of mineral processing process is realized. The system can carry out monitoring continuously for 24 hours, and provide the data of ore feed quantity, ore feed concentration and cyclone slurry flow rate which can respond to the operation state of ball mill. In order to analyze the change of the whole separation process equipment in real time and ensure the safe and stable operation of the ball mill. The water level of pump pool is monitored with ultrasonic water level meter through remote control of recharge water by electric valve, and concentrate grade is monitored in real time by grade meter and particle size meter, and the ore grain size reaches effective production operation. PLC programmable controller control and IFIX configuration screen platform are realized by concept statement programming. Through the developed software, the collected data can be saved and analyzed, and through the realization of industrial Ethernet ring network, the application of production safety prediction, production management, process control and basic automation management level can be carried out. Achieve the whole process parameter calculation and optimization, data and quality tracking, production sequence control and management.
