輕燒鎂粉處理礦山酸性廢水(AMD)的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:我國擁有豐富的煤礦資源,可以用于生產(chǎn)輕燒鎂粉。輕燒鎂粉活性高效果好,目前其在環(huán)保領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究已經(jīng)有很多,主要包括酸性廢水的中和處理、重金屬的脫除和煙氣脫硫等,但是將其與其他藥劑聯(lián)合處理廢水中的高濃度氯離子和硫酸根的相關(guān)研究并沒有。所以這種開發(fā)性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究具有重要意義。本課題以輕燒鎂粉為處理藥劑,嘗試著用輕燒鎂粉替代氧化鈣,聯(lián)合偏鋁酸鈉,以實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬廢水和子長縣煤礦的實(shí)際廢水為處理對象,通過靜態(tài)條件性實(shí)驗(yàn)和正交試驗(yàn),探索其吸附規(guī)律,考察了各因素對廢水中離子的去除率的影響;通過低溫試驗(yàn)、二次試驗(yàn)、低藥量處理,考察了實(shí)際應(yīng)用條件來處理的效果;將實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與超高石灰鋁法(氧化鈣聯(lián)合偏鋁酸鈉)進(jìn)行對比試驗(yàn),對應(yīng)用輕燒鎂粉聯(lián)合偏鋁酸鈉做處理劑處理酸性廢水的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)上的可行性進(jìn)行了簡要的分析。研究結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用輕燒鎂粉替代氧化鈣可行。通過條件性試驗(yàn)和正交試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),針對該礦區(qū)的實(shí)際廢水的最佳實(shí)驗(yàn)條件為輕燒鎂粉10g/L,偏鋁酸鈉3.3g/L,溫度55℃,攪拌時(shí)間10min,pH值為9,在此條件下C1-去除率為78.6%,SO42-去除率為92.8%。應(yīng)用輕燒鎂粉聯(lián)合偏鋁酸鈉處理實(shí)際廢水有較好的處理效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)性都相對較好,而且輕燒鎂粉應(yīng)用方便、價(jià)廉物廣,因此應(yīng)用輕燒鎂粉處理實(shí)際廢水具有較好的環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。但是在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,溫度的條件、藥品用量的經(jīng)濟(jì)性都是需要考慮的問題,所以分別嘗試了低溫試驗(yàn)、二次處理及低藥量處理實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)際應(yīng)用中可以根據(jù)不同的去除需求,選擇處理?xiàng)l件。
[Abstract]:Our country has abundant coal mine resources, can be used to produce light burning magnesium powder. The light burning magnesium powder has high activity and good effect. At present, there have been a lot of research on its application in the field of environmental protection, mainly including neutralization treatment of acid wastewater, removal of heavy metals and flue gas desulfurization, etc. However, there are no studies on the treatment of high concentrations of chloride and sulfate in wastewater with other chemicals. Therefore, this kind of developmental experimental research is of great significance. In this paper, the light burning magnesia powder is used as the treatment agent, the light burning magnesium powder is used instead of calcium oxide, the sodium metaluminate is combined with the laboratory simulated wastewater and the actual waste water of the coal mine in Zichang County as the treatment object, the static condition experiment and the orthogonal experiment are adopted. The effects of various factors on the removal rate of ions in wastewater were investigated. Through the low temperature test, the secondary test, the low dosage treatment, the actual application condition has been investigated to deal with the effect; The experimental results were compared with ultra-high lime aluminum method (calcium oxide combined with sodium metaluminate). The economic and technical feasibility of treating acid wastewater with light burned magnesium powder combined with sodium metaluminate was analyzed briefly. The results show that it is feasible to replace calcium oxide with light burned magnesia powder.
