平頂山十二礦“采-選-充”一體化集成關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:采用傳統(tǒng)的全部垮落法管理頂板,大規(guī)模開采后帶來(lái)的包括地表沉陷、矸石排放等在內(nèi)各種生態(tài)環(huán)境問(wèn)題日益突出,此外隨著煤炭資源的大量開采,越來(lái)越多的礦井涉及到開采“三下”(建筑物下、鐵路下、水體下)壓煤?jiǎn)栴}。近年來(lái),由中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)自主研發(fā)的綜合機(jī)械化固體充填采煤技術(shù)已成功解決上述問(wèn)題并取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益。但井下原煤混矸仍需提升至地面經(jīng)洗選后由投料井運(yùn)送至充填工作面。鑒于此,本論文提出煤礦井下采選充采一體化生產(chǎn)模式,文中采用理論分析、數(shù)值模擬、工業(yè)性實(shí)驗(yàn)等研究方法,闡述了煤礦井下采選充采一體技術(shù)內(nèi)涵,研究了采選充采一體化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的系統(tǒng)布置和工藝設(shè)計(jì)、分析了其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)設(shè)備的選型設(shè)計(jì)原則及其設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)和性能。取得主要研究成果如下:(1)揭示了煤礦井下采選充采一體化技術(shù)內(nèi)涵,形成完善的煤礦井下采選充采一體化系統(tǒng),建立井下采選充采一體化生產(chǎn)模式,為井下采選充采一體化技術(shù)的實(shí)施與發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。(2)建立了井下采煤系統(tǒng)、分選系統(tǒng)和充填系統(tǒng)之間的生產(chǎn)能力合理配套關(guān)系,分析了影響三大系統(tǒng)能力的關(guān)鍵因素,優(yōu)化得到了井下采選充采一體化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)參數(shù)。(3)從模擬結(jié)果來(lái)看,支撐結(jié)構(gòu)可以顯著改變周圍巖石應(yīng)力分布。在支撐結(jié)構(gòu)中,周圍巖石的應(yīng)力集中范圍較小,位移分布略有變化,為160mm,巷幫移動(dòng)距離接近81mm,模擬結(jié)果表明,增加硐室的支護(hù)可大大提高硐室內(nèi)圍巖的穩(wěn)定性保證巷道的質(zhì)量。(4)解決煤流矸石地面排放造成的環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了井下煤矸有效分選及分選矸石輸送通道、充填空間和充填設(shè)備與綜采工作面的銜接,煤流矸石直接經(jīng)井下洗選系統(tǒng)洗選后進(jìn)行采空區(qū)充填,解決矸石地面排放造成的環(huán)境污染與破壞的問(wèn)題,緩解了埋深超千米礦井輔助運(yùn)輸壓力,節(jié)約輔助運(yùn)輸成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)井下采選充采一體化各生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的有序、高效、安全生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Adopting the traditional all collapse method to manage the roof, after large-scale mining, all kinds of ecological and environmental problems, including surface subsidence, gangue discharge and so on, are becoming more and more prominent. In addition, with the large-scale mining of coal resources, More and more mines are involved in coal mining under buildings, railways and water bodies. In recent years, the comprehensive mechanized solid filling mining technology developed by China University of Mining and Technology has successfully solved the above problems and achieved good economic and social benefits. But the gangue still needs to be transported from feeding well to filling face after washing. In view of this, this paper puts forward the integrated production mode of coal mine, mining, charging and mining. In this paper, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, industrial experiment and other research methods are used to explain the technical connotation of coal mine mining, charging and mining integration. The system layout and process design of the integrated production technology of mining, charging and mining are studied, and the selection and design principles of the key technology and equipment, the structure and performance of the equipment are analyzed. The main research results are as follows: (1) it reveals the technical connotation of the integration of mining, charging and mining in coal mines, forms a perfect integrated system of mining, charging and mining in coal mines, and establishes the integrated production mode of underground mining, separation, charge and production. It provides the basis for the implementation and development of the integrated technology of underground mining, separation and production. (2) the production capacity of the underground coal mining system, the separation system and the filling system are established, and the key factors affecting the capability of the three systems are analyzed. The key technical parameters are obtained by optimization. (3) from the simulation results, the stress distribution of surrounding rock can be significantly changed by supporting structure. In the supporting structure, the stress concentration range of surrounding rock is smaller, the displacement distribution is slightly changed, is 160 mm, and the distance of roadway movement is close to 81 mm. The simulation results show that, The stability of surrounding rock in the chamber can be improved greatly to ensure the quality of roadway. (4) the problem of environmental pollution caused by the ground discharge of coal gangue is solved, and the effective separation of coal and gangue and the conveying channel of gangue are realized. When filling space and filling equipment are connected with fully mechanized coal face, coal flow gangue is filled in goaf directly through downhole washing system to solve the problem of environmental pollution and destruction caused by surface discharge of gangue. It alleviates the pressure of auxiliary transportation, saves the cost of auxiliary transportation and realizes the orderly, efficient and safe production of the integrated production system of underground mining, selection, charging and mining.
