【摘要】：為了確保無(wú)底柱分段崩落法和充填法接觸帶的穩(wěn)定性,需要選擇合理的充填法和2種采礦方法并存下的最優(yōu)回采順序。為此,將2種采礦方法接觸帶簡(jiǎn)化為簡(jiǎn)支梁加彈簧約束的力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行切應(yīng)力和撓度的計(jì)算,定量分析接觸帶的應(yīng)力變形情況。同時(shí)利用數(shù)值模擬軟件,選擇程潮鐵礦典型剖面進(jìn)行模擬,在接觸帶設(shè)置系列監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn),通過(guò)主應(yīng)變值評(píng)判回采順序。模擬試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:上向水平分層充填法適合保安礦柱的開(kāi)采。2種采礦方法作用下5種回采順序的模擬比較,方案a的C5→B1→C4→B2→C3→B3→C2→C1回采順序更利于2種采礦方法接觸帶的穩(wěn)定,說(shuō)明錯(cuò)開(kāi)協(xié)調(diào)的回采方案更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the stability of contact zone between sublevel caving method and filling method, it is necessary to select the optimal mining sequence under the coexistence of reasonable filling method and two mining methods. Therefore, the contact belt of two mining methods is simplified as a mechanical model with simply supported beam and spring constraint to calculate the shear stress and deflection, and the stress and deformation of the contact belt are quantitatively analyzed. At the same time, the typical section of Chengchao Iron Mine is selected to simulate by using numerical simulation software. A series of monitoring points are set up in the contact zone, and the recovery sequence is judged by the principal strain value. The simulation results show that the upward horizontal stratified filling method is suitable for the mining of the safety pillar, and the simulation comparison of the five mining sequences under the action of the two mining methods, The recovery sequence of C _ 5 / B _ 1, C _ 4, B _ 2, C _ 3, C _ 2 and C _ 1 is more favorable to the stability of the contact zone between the two mining methods, which indicates that the staggered and coordinated mining scheme is better.
