酸性焙燒-浮選聯(lián)合工藝從鉛銀渣中回收鉛銀的影響因素和機(jī)制

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的濕法煉鋅工藝在熱酸浸出階段,會(huì)產(chǎn)出大量的鉛銀渣,由于該工藝的特點(diǎn),冶煉原料中的絕大部分的鉛銀金屬會(huì)進(jìn)入鉛銀渣中,由于其礦石性質(zhì)的特殊性,目前對鉛銀渣中的有價(jià)金屬尚無有效的回收方法,大部分的鉛銀渣都采取堆存的方法。由于鉛銀礦物被鐵酸鋅包裹,利用傳統(tǒng)的浮選工藝難以達(dá)到理想的回收效果,針對上述問題,研究了"酸性焙燒-浮選"聯(lián)合工藝從鉛銀渣中回收鉛銀的影響因素和機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:將鉛銀渣在650℃,硫酸用量為25%的條件下進(jìn)行酸性焙燒50 min后浮選的聯(lián)合工藝流程可以獲得含鉛46.76%,鉛回收率75.89%,含銀2846.41 g·t~(-1),銀回收率為84.06%的鉛銀精礦。利用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和能譜儀(EDS),研究了酸性焙燒的機(jī)制,通過對比焙燒前后的礦物組成及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,發(fā)現(xiàn)酸性焙燒導(dǎo)致包裹鉛銀的鐵酸鋅包裹層被破壞,其中的有價(jià)鉛銀礦物得以釋放,是提高浮選回收鉛銀渣中鉛銀的主要原因。
[Abstract]:The traditional hydrometallurgical zinc smelting process will produce a large amount of lead and silver slag in the hot acid leaching stage. Because of the characteristics of this process, most of the lead and silver metals in the smelting raw materials will enter the lead and silver slag, because of the particularity of its ore properties. At present, there is no effective recovery method for valuable metals in lead-silver slag. Because lead and silver minerals are encapsulated by zinc ferrate, it is difficult to achieve ideal recovery effect by traditional flotation process.
