【摘要】：南海珊瑚礁擁有巨大的資源潛力和科研價(jià)值,通過(guò)西沙群島琛航島"琛科一井"的實(shí)施,擬摸清南海珊瑚礁大致分層及地質(zhì)本底。從鉆孔基本信息、工程概況、鉆進(jìn)工藝等方面,介紹和探討了南海珊瑚礁本底調(diào)查"琛科一井"的鉆探工藝。結(jié)果表明:(1)3套鉆具配合掃孔、無(wú)固相鉆井液配合正循環(huán)大泵量工藝異地層洗孔、"水錘效應(yīng)"震動(dòng)砂液化等工藝能有效處理瀉湖相珊瑚砂層的埋鉆事故;(2)超前鉆頭和半合管配合使用能確保礁格架地層巖心采取率;(3)在受鉆孔攝像限制不能使用低固相鉆井液條件下,不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)多口徑鉆孔級(jí)配快速穿越后套管封隔是有效的成井方法。研究成果可為類似區(qū)域的珊瑚礁取心鉆探提供借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The coral reefs in the South China Sea have great resource potential and scientific research value. Through the implementation of "Chenkeyi well", the coral reefs in the South China Sea are roughly stratified and the geological background of the coral reefs in the South China Sea is studied. From the aspects of drilling basic information, engineering survey, drilling technology and so on, this paper introduces and discusses the drilling technology of "Chenke I well" in the background investigation of coral reef in the South China Sea. The results are as follows: (1) three sets of drilling tools, such as cleaning hole with three sets of drilling tools, drilling fluid without solid phase and large pump with positive circulation, washing holes in different ground layers, and "water hammer effect" vibration sand liquefaction can effectively deal with buried drilling accidents in coral sand layer of lagoon facies; (2) the use of the lead bit and the half pipe can ensure the core recovery rate of the reef framework formation; (3) under the condition that the low solid drilling fluid can not be used under the restriction of borehole camera, the casing sealing method after rapid crossing of different standard multi-caliber drilling gradation is an effective method of well completion. The results can be used for reference in coring drilling of coral reefs in similar areas.
