基于超寬帶定位的掘進(jìn)機(jī)姿態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)仿真與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:考慮到目前煤礦井下掘進(jìn)機(jī)姿態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與定向裝置自動(dòng)化程度低,測(cè)量精度低等問題,對(duì)一種基于UWB定位技術(shù)的掘進(jìn)機(jī)姿態(tài)測(cè)量方法進(jìn)行研究,該方法通過跟隨掘進(jìn)機(jī)同步移動(dòng)的測(cè)量裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)掘進(jìn)機(jī)與測(cè)量裝置在巷道內(nèi)交替進(jìn)行姿態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)。通過Matlab仿真軟件和實(shí)驗(yàn)方法對(duì)姿態(tài)測(cè)量技術(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析,結(jié)果驗(yàn)證該方法的可行性。研究結(jié)果表明:增加基站與標(biāo)簽距離會(huì)降低姿態(tài)測(cè)量精度,因此需要合理設(shè)置掘進(jìn)機(jī)與測(cè)量裝置的間距;增加標(biāo)簽與標(biāo)簽距離會(huì)提高姿態(tài)測(cè)量精度,因此需要合理設(shè)置標(biāo)簽的安裝位置;標(biāo)簽Z軸的測(cè)量精度較低,會(huì)影響姿態(tài)測(cè)量的精度,可通過融合多種測(cè)量技術(shù)的辦法來提高掘進(jìn)機(jī)姿態(tài)測(cè)量的精度。
[Abstract]:Considering the problems of low automation and low precision of attitude monitoring and orientation device of underground roadheader in coal mine at present, a method of attitude measurement of roadheader based on UWB positioning technology is studied. This method realizes the attitude monitoring of roadheader and measuring device alternately in the roadway by means of the measuring device that follows the roadheader's synchronous movement. The simulation software of Matlab and the experimental method are used to analyze the attitude measurement technology, and the results show that the method is feasible. The results show that the accuracy of attitude measurement will be reduced by increasing the distance between base station and tag, so it is necessary to set the distance between roadheader and measuring device reasonably. The accuracy of attitude measurement will be improved by increasing the distance between label and label, so it is necessary to set the installation position of label reasonably. The measuring accuracy of tag Z axis is low, which will affect the precision of attitude measurement. It can improve the precision of roadheader attitude measurement by combining many kinds of measuring techniques.
