綜采工作面復(fù)雜裝備嵌入式協(xié)同仿真平臺設(shè)計

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)單領(lǐng)域仿真平臺難以滿足綜采工作面復(fù)雜裝備大規(guī)模協(xié)同仿真需求的問題,基于HLA技術(shù)設(shè)計了一種綜采工作面復(fù)雜裝備嵌入式協(xié)同仿真平臺。介紹了該平臺總體架構(gòu),重點闡述了平臺中軟硬件仿真模型相應(yīng)的MATLAB適配器、ADAMS適配器、PLC適配器和數(shù)據(jù)采集卡適配器的開發(fā)過程。以綜采工作面"三機"協(xié)同控制系統(tǒng)為例進行了平臺功能測試,結(jié)果表明該平臺可實現(xiàn)各異構(gòu)模型間的數(shù)據(jù)交互仿真。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the traditional single field simulation platform is difficult to meet the needs of large-scale collaborative simulation of complex equipment in fully mechanized mining face, an embedded collaborative simulation platform for complex equipment of fully mechanized mining face is designed based on HLA technology. The architecture of the platform is introduced, and the development process of the corresponding MATLAB adapters, ADAMS adapters, PLC adapters and data acquisition card adapters in the software and hardware simulation model of the platform is described. Taking the "three machines" collaborative control system of fully mechanized mining face as an example, the platform function test is carried out. The results show that the platform can realize the data exchange simulation among different models.
