【摘要】：創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)能夠不斷成長的營養(yǎng),是助其不斷開拓進(jìn)取的原動力�？茖W(xué)技術(shù)是經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮的排頭兵。誰能做到不斷的科技創(chuàng)新,誰就能搭上時代發(fā)展的順風(fēng)車。當(dāng)今社會,企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整已是大趨所勢,誰先明白“科技主導(dǎo)一切,創(chuàng)新主導(dǎo)一切”的道理,誰就能在優(yōu)勝劣汰的競爭中尋得一線生機(jī)。因此,加快科技創(chuàng)新也是煤炭企業(yè),特別是同煤集團(tuán)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競爭力的必然選擇。同煤集團(tuán)用煤炭開采、電力輸送立本,創(chuàng)造了裝備設(shè)計制造、煤炭化工、冶煉金屬、貿(mào)易、人文教育、土地房產(chǎn)開發(fā)、物流貿(mào)易強(qiáng)身的新氣象。文章發(fā)掘于同煤集團(tuán)的最根本情況,運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論對其科技創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析,找出其科技創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀存在的癥結(jié),然后對癥下藥要研究改善之道。具體研究工作如下:(1)對科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)的理論知識進(jìn)行羅列和總結(jié)。首先搞清科技的含義,創(chuàng)新的含義以及科技創(chuàng)新的含義以及我國煤炭行業(yè)對科技創(chuàng)新已作的研究情況。(2)分析同煤集團(tuán)科技創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀。這部分將從同煤集團(tuán)科技創(chuàng)新成果、體系、人才以及投入四個方面介紹該企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀。(3)找出同煤集團(tuán)科技創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀的癥結(jié)。這部分,將同煤集團(tuán)科技創(chuàng)新與國家整體水平以及煤炭行業(yè)整體水平進(jìn)行比較,找出其不足之處。從科技貢獻(xiàn)率、自主創(chuàng)新能力和核心技術(shù)三方面來討論同煤集團(tuán)科技創(chuàng)新能力的不足;從科技創(chuàng)新動力不足、運(yùn)行不暢、發(fā)展滯后三方面來談同煤集團(tuán)科技創(chuàng)新尚需完善;從高端人才和人才結(jié)構(gòu)來談同煤集團(tuán)科技創(chuàng)新人才的供需差距;從科技創(chuàng)新專項基金、資金來源渠道和資金到位情況來談同煤集團(tuán)科技投入上的不足。(4)加快同煤集團(tuán)科技創(chuàng)新的對策。針對之前科技創(chuàng)新的問題,針對性地提出解決方案。不斷創(chuàng)新突破,從安全、效率、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)等多方面發(fā)力進(jìn)行科技創(chuàng)新,增強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新能力。通過營造創(chuàng)新氛圍提升員工積極性、健全科技創(chuàng)新運(yùn)行機(jī)制和完善創(chuàng)新導(dǎo)向評級和制度來健全同煤集團(tuán)科技創(chuàng)新機(jī)制�？萍既瞬欧矫嫘枰囵B(yǎng)和引進(jìn),優(yōu)化其結(jié)構(gòu),出臺激勵政策和多吸納海外的優(yōu)秀人才。投入方面,要不斷增加資金,擴(kuò)展投資渠道和完善同煤集團(tuán)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)�？萍紕�(chuàng)新成為各企業(yè)打造企業(yè)競爭新優(yōu)勢的核心,同煤集團(tuán)的科技創(chuàng)新也面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the nutrition that the enterprise can grow continuously, it is the motive force that helps its ceaseless pioneering enterprising. Science and technology are the vanguard of economic prosperity. Who can achieve continuous scientific and technological innovation, who can ride the development of the times. In today's society, the restructuring of enterprises has become a major trend. Whoever first understands the principle that "science and technology dominate everything and innovation dominates everything" will be able to find a chance of survival in the competition for survival of the fittest. Therefore, speeding up scientific and technological innovation is also an inevitable choice for coal enterprises, especially the same coal group to enhance their competitiveness. With coal mining, electric power transmission, creating equipment design and manufacture, coal chemical industry, smelting metal, trade, humanities education, land and real estate development, logistics trade strong new weather. This paper explores the most fundamental situation of Tongshan Coal Group, analyzes its scientific and technological innovation in detail by using relevant theories, finds out the crux of its present situation of scientific and technological innovation, and then puts forward the remedy for the case to study the ways to improve it. The specific research work is as follows: (1) the related theoretical knowledge in the field of science and technology innovation is listed and summarized. First, the meaning of science and technology, the meaning of innovation and the meaning of scientific and technological innovation, as well as the research situation of scientific and technological innovation in China's coal industry have been made clear. (2) the present situation of scientific and technological innovation in Tongshan Coal Group is analyzed. This part will introduce the present situation of scientific and technological innovation of Tongmei Group from four aspects: achievements, system, talents and investment. (3) find out the crux of the present situation of science and technology innovation in Tongmei Group. This part will be compared with the scientific and technological innovation of coal group and the overall level of national and coal industry to find out its shortcomings. This paper discusses the deficiency of the scientific and technological innovation ability of Tongmei Group from three aspects: the contribution rate of science and technology, the independent innovation ability and the core technology, and discusses the need to improve the scientific and technological innovation of Tongmei Group from the following three aspects: insufficient power of scientific and technological innovation, unsmooth operation and backward development. Talking about the gap between supply and demand of scientific and technological innovation talents in Tongmei Group from the perspective of high-end talents and talent structure; From the special fund of science and technology innovation, the source of funds and the situation of capital in place, this paper discusses the deficiency of science and technology investment of Tongmei Group. (4) the countermeasures of accelerating the scientific and technological innovation of Tongmei Group. Aim at the problem of science and technology innovation before, put forward the solution pertinently. Continuous innovation breakthrough, from safety, efficiency, product structure and other aspects of scientific and technological innovation, enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation. By creating the innovation atmosphere to promote the enthusiasm of the staff, to perfect the operation mechanism of scientific and technological innovation and to perfect the innovation-oriented rating and system to perfect the scientific and technological innovation mechanism of Tongmei Group. It is necessary to train and introduce scientific and technological talents, to optimize their structure, to introduce incentive policies and to attract more talents from overseas. Investment, to continue to increase capital, expand investment channels and improve the financial industry with coal groups. Scientific and technological innovation has become the core of the enterprises to build new competitive advantages, and the scientific and technological innovation of the same coal group is also facing new challenges.
