三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩柱段篩網(wǎng)流體透篩仿真研究

【摘要】:三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩作為一種新型高效的細粒煤分級設(shè)備,具有非常重要的研究價值和應用前景。本文以三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩的柱段流場為研究內(nèi)容,重點分析柱段篩網(wǎng)不同篩縫寬度以及高度方向的流場、速度、壓力、流量等分布變化規(guī)律,從而有利于完善旋流場分級理論,并且為三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩的設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化提供重要的理論意義以及現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先介紹了三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩的主要結(jié)構(gòu)組成部分,詳細分析介紹了三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩的工作原理以及內(nèi)部流體主要運動形式,并在前人研究基礎(chǔ)上對三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩的透篩過程中柱段篩條“切割”作用和流場內(nèi)部“壓差”作用展開理論分析,同時,對三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩內(nèi)部運動的礦物顆粒具體徑向受力情況做出介紹。本文通過對實際物理樣機簡化處理后,運用三維建模軟件Solidworks建立三組不同篩縫寬度規(guī)格的三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩流場模型,并進行了坐標約定。運用ANSYS ICEM軟件對三組流場模型進行網(wǎng)格處理。將建立的網(wǎng)格模型導入到FLUENT中進行數(shù)值模擬的基本設(shè)置,并迭代計算得出三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩內(nèi)部流場信息。本文通過數(shù)值模擬的方法,以三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩內(nèi)部流體運動軌跡圖為例,對內(nèi)部流體運動形式展開分析介紹。在結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)方面:通過改變篩縫寬度來分析三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩內(nèi)部柱段高度方向和徑向壓力場分布變化規(guī)律。隨后給出不同篩縫寬度的三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩柱段速度場分布規(guī)律,得出底流、溢流、篩下流的具體流量分布情況,并展開分析。在操作參數(shù)方面:通過改變?nèi)肟诹髁糠治鋈a(chǎn)品旋流分級篩內(nèi)部壓力場變化,并得出各出口流量分布情況。由不同入口流量與各出口流量分布關(guān)系表,對表格進行處理,得出各出口流量與入口流量關(guān)系分布圖,并給出三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩各出口流量與入口流量詳細關(guān)系式。本文中篩縫寬度以及入口流量對柱段流場影響的研究成果為三產(chǎn)品旋流分級篩后續(xù)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化以及部分工藝參數(shù)的調(diào)整提供一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:As a new type of high-efficient fine coal classification equipment, the three-product swirl classifier has very important research value and application prospect. In this paper, the flow field in the column section of the three-product swirl classifier is taken as the research content. The flow field, velocity, pressure and flow rate in different width and height direction of the sieve are analyzed, which is beneficial to the improvement of the theory of swirl flow field classification. It also provides important theoretical and practical significance for the optimization of the equipment structure of the three-product swirl classifier. In this paper, the main structure of the three-product swirl classifier is introduced, the working principle of the three-product swirl classifier and the main motion forms of the inner fluid are analyzed in detail. On the basis of previous studies, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the "cutting" effect of the column sieve strip and the "pressure difference" effect within the flow field during the screening process of the three-product swirl classifier. At the same time, This paper introduces the radial force of mineral particles in the inner movement of the three-product swirl classifier. In this paper, after simplifying the physical prototype, three groups of three-product swirl classifying sieve flow field models with different sizes of sieve width are established by using three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks, and the coordinate agreement is carried out. Three sets of flow field models are processed by ANSYS ICEM software. The established grid model was imported into FLUENT to simulate the basic set of numerical simulation, and the internal flow field information of the three-product swirl graded sieve was calculated by iterative calculation. In this paper, by means of numerical simulation, the internal fluid motion pattern of three-product swirl classifier is taken as an example, and the internal fluid motion form is analyzed and introduced. In terms of structural parameters, the variation of height direction and radial pressure field in the inner column of the three-product swirl classifier is analyzed by changing the width of the sieve seam. Then the velocity field distribution law of three products swirl flow classifying column section with different width of sieve seam is given, and the specific flow distribution of bottom flow, overflow and sieve downflow is obtained, and the analysis is carried out. In terms of operating parameters, the internal pressure field of the three-product swirl classifier was analyzed by changing the inlet flow rate, and the flow distribution of each outlet was obtained. According to the distribution table of different inlet flow and outlet flow, the distribution diagram of each outlet flow and inlet flow is obtained, and the detailed relationship between each outlet flow and inlet flow of three-product swirl sieve is given. In this paper, the research results of the influence of the width of the sieve seam and the inlet flow rate on the flow field of the column section provide certain guiding significance for the subsequent structure optimization of the three-product swirl sieve and the adjustment of some technological parameters.
