組合煤巖沖擊傾向電荷判據(jù)試驗研究

【摘要】:針對深部煤層沖擊傾向指標(biāo)評價沖擊危險出現(xiàn)的差異現(xiàn)象,開展了煤、巖石和組合試樣沖擊傾向指標(biāo)試驗研究,對組合煤巖試樣破裂過程的電荷信號進(jìn)行監(jiān)測。試驗結(jié)果表明:頂、底板巖石對煤體的沖擊傾向有顯著影響,巖石厚度越大,沖擊傾向指標(biāo)越高;組合試樣破裂過程的力-電荷變化具有一致性,沖擊傾向性強(qiáng)的組合試樣,其應(yīng)力強(qiáng)化直至破壞階段的電荷信號幅值相差顯著。由此提出了組合煤巖峰后電荷變化率沖擊傾向判據(jù);夭擅娴碾姾杀O(jiān)測表明,沖擊危險發(fā)生過程獲得的電荷變異系數(shù)迅速升高和衰減以及試驗獲取的峰后電荷變化率的量化分析結(jié)果相一致,從而驗證了峰后電荷變化率作為沖擊傾向判據(jù)的正確性,為形成深部開采條件下組合煤巖沖擊危險及發(fā)生幾率的電荷預(yù)測方法提供了試驗指導(dǎo),為煤巖體失穩(wěn)破壞預(yù)測、礦井動力顯現(xiàn)預(yù)警提供了試驗依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the difference of impact tendency index in deep coal seam to evaluate the impact danger, the impact tendency index of coal, rock and composite sample was tested and studied to monitor the charge signal of the fracture process of combined coal and rock sample. The test results show that the roof and bottom rock have a significant effect on the impact tendency of coal body, and the larger the rock thickness, the higher the impact tendency index. The stress and charge variation in the fracture process of the combined specimen is consistent, and the amplitude of the charge signal of the composite specimen with strong impact tendency is significantly different from that of the stress strengthening to the failure stage. Therefore, the criterion of charge change rate impact tendency behind the peak of combined coal is proposed. The results of charge monitoring on mining surface show that the coefficient of variation of charge increases rapidly and attenuates rapidly, and the quantitative analysis results of the rate of charge change after peak obtained by experiments are consistent with each other. Therefore, the correctness of charge change rate after peak as the criterion of impact tendency is verified, which provides experimental guidance for the charge prediction method of combined coal and rock impact hazard and occurrence probability under the condition of deep mining, and provides the prediction of instability and failure of coal and rock mass. Early warning of mine dynamic appearance provides experimental basis.
