適用于短壁采煤機(jī)新型平衡閥組的研究

【摘要】:通過對短壁采煤機(jī)調(diào)高系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行理論分析,找到了搖臂空載下降過程中發(fā)生抖動的原因。提出的新型平衡閥組解決了雙向擺動的搖臂下降時抖動和上升時附加阻力的問題,顯著提高了短壁采煤機(jī)調(diào)高系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical analysis of the height adjustment system of short wall shearer, the causes of the jitter in the falling process of rocker arm without load are found out. The new balance valve set solves the problems of dithering when the rocker arm drops and the additional resistance when rising, and improves the stability of the height adjustment system of short-wall shearer.
