錢家營礦近距離煤層群上行開采技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:錢家營礦可采煤層和局部可采煤層共8層,為典型的近距離煤層賦存。井田地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜、煤層賦存條件差,9煤層為煤與瓦斯突出煤層,此外井田大部分可采儲量都被村莊所占壓,因此錢家營礦采掘銜接矛盾非常突出。上行開采不僅能解決礦井采掘銜接矛盾,而且可以緩解上部煤層的礦壓及煤與瓦斯突出災(zāi)害,有利于上部煤層的安全開采。因此對錢家營礦近距離煤層群上行開采煤層圍巖活動規(guī)律、上覆巖層移動和變形規(guī)律以及上、下煤層采動影響的時空關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,確定采高、層間距、巖性及層間結(jié)構(gòu)、采煤方法、時間等因素對上行開采的影響,提出上行開采巷道布置方案,為錢家營礦上行開采提供技術(shù)支撐。論文綜合運(yùn)用理論分析、數(shù)值計算和相似材料模擬等手段和方法,研究了錢家營礦六采區(qū)上行開采條件下9煤層和12-1煤層的圍巖活動規(guī)律和煤層及頂?shù)装遄冃魏推茐奶卣?在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了9煤層和12-1煤層采動影響的時空關(guān)系并提出了9煤層巷道設(shè)計方案。形成六采區(qū)上行開采技術(shù),對錢家營礦六采區(qū)近距離煤層上行開采具有指導(dǎo)意義。研究表明錢家營礦六采區(qū)上行開采是可行的,12-1煤層開采后9煤層的總體形態(tài)保持完好,煤柱、運(yùn)輸順槽和回風(fēng)順槽范圍內(nèi)垂直應(yīng)力增加幅度較大,影響范圍為運(yùn)輸順槽側(cè)內(nèi)錯13 m和外錯10 m,回風(fēng)順槽側(cè)內(nèi)錯45 m和外錯10m,9煤層巷道布置可采用跨煤柱的工作面布置形式。
[Abstract]:There are 8 layers of coal seam and local coal seam in Qianjiaying Mine, which is a typical short distance coal seam. The geological conditions of the mine field are complex, and the coal seam No. 9 is a coal and gas outburst coal seam, and most of the recoverable reserves in the mine field are occupied by the village, so the contradiction between mining and excavation in Qianjiaying Mine is very prominent. Uplink mining can not only solve the contradiction between mining and mining, but also alleviate the mine pressure and the disaster of coal and gas outburst in the upper coal seam, which is beneficial to the safe mining of the upper coal seam. Therefore, in order to determine the mining height, interval, lithology and interlayer structure, this paper studies the law of surrounding rock movement, the movement and deformation of overlying strata, and the temporal and spatial relationship of the influence of mining movement in the upper and lower coal seams in Qianjiaying Coal Mine, in order to determine the mining height, interval between layers, lithology and interlayer structure. The influence of coal mining method and time on uplink mining is put forward to provide technical support for upstream mining of Qianjiaying Mine. By means and methods of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and similar material simulation, this paper studies the movement law of surrounding rock, deformation and failure characteristics of coal seam and roof and floor under the condition of ascending mining in No. 6 mining area of Qianjiaying Mine. On this basis, the temporal and spatial relationships of the mining effects of coal seam 9 and coal seam 12-1 are determined, and the design scheme of roadway in seam 9 is put forward. The formation of ascending mining technology in six mining areas is of guiding significance to the uplink mining of short distance coal seams in the sixth mining area of Qianjiaying Coal Mine. The study shows that the up-going mining in the sixth mining area of Qianjiaying Mine is feasible. The overall morphology of the 9 coal seams remains intact after mining in the No. 12 ~ (-1) coal seam, and the vertical stress increases greatly in the range of pillar, transportation and return air trench. The influence range is 13m and 10m on the side of the transportation-side along the channel, and the roadway layout of the coal seam with 45 m and 10m- 9 coal seam can be arranged in the form of cross pillar.
