四方金礦深埋軟巖巷道支護研究

【摘要】:礦山在進入深部開采后,由于地壓問題引起巷道破壞,支護必不可少,但選擇何種支護方式是困擾礦山企業(yè)的一個技術難題,亟待研究解決。以陜西四方金礦為例,通過對以往各種理論的總結分析,選取組合拱理論進行計算,應用有限元軟件分析支護效果,探討了不同支護方式下洞周應力、變形和塑性區(qū)的分布情況,并應用應力強度系數(shù)進行量化分析,研究了不支護、錨桿支護、錨桿與噴混凝土聯(lián)合支護的效果。結果表明:采用有效的錨噴聯(lián)合支護,可以改善圍巖的應力狀態(tài),有效控制巷道的變形,不僅增加工人的安全感,而且提高工作效率,為礦山的安全生產(chǎn)、資源開采回收利用提供有力的保證。
[Abstract]:After the mine enters deep mining, the roadway is destroyed because of the ground pressure problem, so it is necessary to support the mine. However, the choice of the supporting method is a technical problem puzzling the mine enterprises, which needs to be studied and solved urgently. Taking Sifang Gold Mine in Shaanxi Province as an example, through summing up and analyzing all kinds of previous theories, the combined arch theory is selected to calculate, and the support effect is analyzed by using finite element software, and the stress around the hole under different supporting modes is discussed. The distribution of deformation and plastic zone and the quantitative analysis of stress intensity coefficient are used to study the effect of unsupported bolting and shotcrete combined support. The results show that the stress state of surrounding rock can be improved and the deformation of roadway can be effectively controlled by using effective bolting and shotcreting combined support, which not only increases the sense of security of workers, but also improves the working efficiency, which is beneficial to the safe production of mines. Resources recovery and utilization to provide a strong guarantee.
