盾構(gòu)法深長(zhǎng)煤礦斜井圍巖蠕變對(duì)襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)受力影響分析

【摘要】:近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,煤礦開采深度逐漸向更深發(fā)展,直接導(dǎo)致煤礦開采巷道安全施工和長(zhǎng)期使用的潛在威脅日趨嚴(yán)重。在較高的地應(yīng)力下,圍巖的蠕變可能會(huì)對(duì)煤礦斜井的長(zhǎng)期使用安全性造成威脅。本文依托于神華新街煤礦斜井工程,對(duì)盾構(gòu)法深長(zhǎng)斜井圍巖蠕變對(duì)襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)受力影響進(jìn)行了研究,主要研究工作如下:1.參考相似地層的蠕變?cè)囼?yàn)曲線,擬合出了Burgers模型蠕變方程和隱式蠕變方程6的相關(guān)參數(shù)。建立了斜井圍巖蠕變的地層—結(jié)構(gòu)模型,對(duì)不同蠕變模型、不同結(jié)構(gòu)—圍巖接觸面模擬方式和不同管片襯砌接頭模擬方式進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,得到了相對(duì)合理的蠕變模型和模擬方式。2.基于斜井圍巖蠕變的地層—結(jié)構(gòu)模型,分析了自重應(yīng)力場(chǎng)下盾構(gòu)法深長(zhǎng)煤礦斜井圍巖蠕變對(duì)襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)受力和變形的影響,得到了自重應(yīng)力場(chǎng)下斜井襯砌內(nèi)力和變形隨時(shí)間的規(guī)律。3.基于斜井圍巖蠕變的地層—結(jié)構(gòu)模型,分析了不同構(gòu)造應(yīng)力場(chǎng)下盾構(gòu)法深長(zhǎng)煤礦斜井圍巖蠕變對(duì)襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)受力和變形的影響,得到了不同構(gòu)造應(yīng)力場(chǎng)下斜井襯砌內(nèi)力和變形隨時(shí)間規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economic construction, the depth of coal mining is gradually further developed, which directly leads to the potential threat of safe construction and long-term use of coal mining roadway. Under high ground stress, the creep of surrounding rock may threaten the safety of long-term use of inclined wells in coal mines. Based on the inclined well project of Shenhuaxinjie coal mine, the influence of surrounding rock creep of shield tunneling method on lining structure is studied in this paper. The main research work is as follows: 1. According to the creep test curves of similar strata, the parameters of creep equation of Burgers model and implicit creep equation 6 are fitted out. The formation structure model of surrounding rock creep in inclined well is established, and the different creep models, different simulation methods of structure-surrounding rock contact surface and different simulation modes of segment lining joint are compared and analyzed. A relatively reasonable creep model and simulation method. Based on the stratigraphic structure model of inclined shaft surrounding rock creep, the influence of shield tunneling method on the stress and deformation of lining structure in deep inclined coal mine under gravity stress field is analyzed. The law of internal force and deformation of inclined shaft lining with time under gravity stress field is obtained. Based on the stratigraphic structure model of inclined shaft surrounding rock creep, the influence of shield tunneling method on the stress and deformation of lining structure in deep inclined coal mine under different tectonic stress fields is analyzed. The law of lining internal force and deformation with time under different tectonic stress fields is obtained.
