單邊驅(qū)動(dòng)式搖擺篩偏心軸的應(yīng)力與疲勞分析

【摘要】:應(yīng)用PROE軟件建立了單邊驅(qū)動(dòng)式搖擺篩的三維結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真分析,得到作用在偏心軸上的載荷歷程。運(yùn)用解析法和有限元法對(duì)偏心軸應(yīng)力進(jìn)行分析,得到其應(yīng)力分布曲線(xiàn)和應(yīng)力云圖,分析結(jié)果表明,偏心軸上的危險(xiǎn)部位出現(xiàn)在中間軸承座支撐處,最大應(yīng)力值為35 MPa。運(yùn)用局部應(yīng)力應(yīng)變法對(duì)偏心軸疲勞壽命進(jìn)行分析,得到單邊驅(qū)動(dòng)式搖擺篩偏心軸的疲勞壽命為0.98a,通過(guò)分析能夠有效預(yù)防事故的發(fā)生。該研究成果為偏心軸的設(shè)計(jì)和改進(jìn)提供了可靠依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The three-dimensional structure model of one-sided drive rocking screen is established by using PROE software, and the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out, and the load history on the eccentric shaft is obtained. The stress distribution curve and stress cloud diagram of eccentric shaft are obtained by using analytical method and finite element method. The results show that the dangerous part of eccentric shaft appears at the support of the middle bearing seat, and the maximum stress value is 35 MPa.. The fatigue life of eccentric shaft is analyzed by using local stress-strain method, and the fatigue life of eccentric shaft of single drive rocking screen is 0.98 a, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of accident. The research results provide a reliable basis for the design and improvement of eccentric shaft.
