過氧化鈉堿熔-電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜法測(cè)定多金屬礦中的錫鎢鈦等主次量成分
[Abstract]:Accurate and rapid determination of the primary and secondary components in polymetallic ores is of great significance for the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, but for the elements such as tin, tungsten and titanium, which are difficult to dissolve in acid, The combination of suitable sample pretreatment method and inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) is beneficial to improve the accuracy and test efficiency. In this paper, sodium peroxide was used as the flux, the sample was melted at high temperature, the mixed acid was extracted by hydrogen peroxide hydrochloride tartrate, combined with the internal standard method, a method for the determination of 15 main and secondary components such as copper, lead, zinc and tin, tungsten and titanium in polymetallic ore was established. The analytical spectral lines and background correction models of each element were optimized, and the influences of crucible, flux selection, aluminum element and internal standard element were studied systematically. The detection limit of the method was 7n995 渭 g / g, the recovery rate was 90.3 渭 g / g, and the precision (RSD,n=12) was 0.8 渭 g / g. This method is aimed at five different types of typical polymetallic ores, which have the technical characteristics of no ore classification, the same pretreatment steps, and the wide range of simultaneous determination and testing (40 渭 g / g ~ 25%) of multi-component, especially for the uncertainty of mineral type. Polymetallic ores with a determination range of more than percentage have advantages.
