無(wú)底柱分段崩落法損失貧化細(xì)部控制方法研究
[Abstract]:Sublevel caving method without bottom pillar has been widely used in metal mines at home and abroad for its advantages of safety, efficiency and adaptability, but the problem of large ore loss and dilution has not been solved for many years. In order to solve this problem, the occurrence process and detail control method of ore loss and dilution in the process of mining are studied, and the non-diamond arrangement of the entry road between sections, the destruction of the eyebrow line at the ore outlet, and the blasting partition wall are analyzed. The influence of some common phenomena, such as block on the shape of the caving body, is discussed, and the degree of decreasing the degree of geometric shape coincidence of the caving rock is discussed. It is found that these common phenomena restrict the moving range and the overall release speed of caving ore, increase the residual quantity of caving ore and the mixed rock quantity of ore, and cause the ore loss and dilution to remain high. Based on this, a detailed control method is put forward to improve the stope structure, to control the length of the hole without charge to protect the eyebrow line, to deal with the block in time and to ensure the rhombus layout of the whole route. The method has been applied to Bei: he Iron Mine in Handan City and Xiaowanggou Iron Mine in Dengta City with remarkable results.
