一種基于KPCA的繞射信息分離方法

【摘要】:在油氣勘探的過程中,需要對疊后地震數(shù)據(jù)中的繞射波信息進行提取,從而得到地下小尺度地質(zhì)體的信息.本文在前人提出的使用主成分分析法(PCA)提取繞射波信息的基礎上,進一步發(fā)展使用了基于核的主成分分析技術(KPCA)的提取繞射波信息方法,即通過構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)模型,選取核函數(shù)進行KPCA運算,并利用不同的主分量進行信號重構(gòu),從而達到將繞射波和反射波分離的目的.相對于傳統(tǒng)PCA,這種方法對于地震數(shù)據(jù)中彎曲的同相軸,以及傾斜的界面或者傾斜的同相軸有著更好的識別能力,在提取過程中能夠提供更加精細的繞射波信息.
[Abstract]:In the process of oil and gas exploration, it is necessary to extract the diffraction wave information from the post-stack seismic data, so as to obtain the information of the underground small-scale geological bodies. In this paper, based on the principal component analysis (PCA) method to extract diffraction wave information, we further develop the method of extracting diffraction wave information based on kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) technology, that is, to construct a data model. The kernel function is selected to perform KPCA operation and the different principal components are used to reconstruct the signal so as to separate the diffraction wave from the reflected wave. Compared with the traditional PCA, method, this method has a better ability to identify the bending in-phase axis, the inclined interface or the inclined in-phase axis in seismic data, and it can provide more precise diffraction information in the extraction process.
