遼寧某含硼鐵精礦造團(tuán)—金屬化還原鐵—磁選試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:遼寧某含硼鐵精礦主要有價(jià)元素為鐵、硼,TFe含量為55.55%,B_2O_3含量為4.22%;鐵主要以磁鐵礦形式存在,硼主要以硼鎂石形式存在,雜質(zhì)礦物主要為蛇紋石和磁黃鐵礦。為實(shí)現(xiàn)該含硼鐵精礦中硼、鐵的有效分離,采用造團(tuán)—金屬化還原鐵—磁選工藝進(jìn)行硼鐵分離試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,制成鐖15 mm×20 mm柱狀體團(tuán)塊的含硼鐵精礦外配過量的還原煤(n(C)∶n(Fe)=2.5),在還原溫度為1 125℃和還原時(shí)間為150 min條件下進(jìn)行焙燒,獲得的焙燒產(chǎn)品鐵金屬化率為88.92%;焙燒產(chǎn)品磨細(xì)至-0.074 mm占65%,在磁場強(qiáng)度為80 k A/m條件下弱磁選后,可獲得鐵品位為92.7%、回收率94.4%的優(yōu)質(zhì)鐵精礦和B_2O_3含量為14.5%、回收率為84.4%的合格硼精礦,實(shí)現(xiàn)了硼鐵的有效分離。
