基于有效介質(zhì)理論的煤巖界面識(shí)別方法研究

【摘要】:為解決目前依靠人工進(jìn)行煤巖界面識(shí)別存在的問(wèn)題,研究煤巖界面的自動(dòng)識(shí)別技術(shù),依據(jù)煤巖介電特性的差異,利用Bruggeman有效介質(zhì)理論,建立基于煤含量檢測(cè)的煤巖分界模型,并以煤巖混合介質(zhì)粉末為例,進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。通過(guò)模擬煤含量實(shí)時(shí)變化的煤巖混合介質(zhì),實(shí)時(shí)地獲得煤巖混合介質(zhì)的相對(duì)介電常數(shù),利用上述模型進(jìn)行混合物煤含量的計(jì)算,并與閾值進(jìn)行比較,判定采煤機(jī)截割狀態(tài)。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:在0.01~30 MHz的檢測(cè)頻率內(nèi),煤巖混合介質(zhì)的煤含量均能通過(guò)此方法計(jì)算得到,在0.5~30 MHz內(nèi),理論煤含量與實(shí)際煤含量的相對(duì)誤差較小,平均可控制在2.60%以下。該模型的計(jì)算結(jié)果均可以較準(zhǔn)確地識(shí)別煤巖界面,為實(shí)現(xiàn)井下無(wú)人化開(kāi)采提供一種新的煤巖識(shí)別方法。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems existing in coal and rock interface identification by hand at present, the automatic identification technology of coal and rock interface is studied. According to the difference of coal and rock dielectric characteristics, a coal rock boundary model based on coal content detection is established by using Bruggeman effective medium theory. Taking the mixed medium powder of coal and rock as an example, the test is carried out. The relative dielectric constant of coal-rock mixing medium is obtained in real time by simulating the coal content changing in real time. The mixture coal content is calculated by using the above model and compared with the threshold value to determine the cutting state of shearer. The test results show that in the detection frequency of 0.01 ~ 30 MHz, the coal content in the mixed medium can be calculated by this method. Within 0.5 ~ 30 MHz, the relative error between the theoretical coal content and the actual coal content is relatively small, and the average can be controlled below 2.60%. The calculated results of the model can identify the coal and rock interface more accurately, and provide a new method of coal and rock recognition for the realization of downhole unmanmade mining.
