【摘要】：針對(duì)多級(jí)帶式輸送機(jī)運(yùn)力不能滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需要的問(wèn)題,介紹了一種提速增效方法。提高了范各莊煤礦3-2帶式輸送機(jī)運(yùn)輸能力,對(duì)2部帶式輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行改造,給出了針對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)提高運(yùn)輸能力的技術(shù)改造以及設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)算方法。解決了常規(guī)更換帶式輸送機(jī)存在的費(fèi)用高、施工難度大、周期長(zhǎng)等問(wèn)題,對(duì)于煤礦降本增效具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the capacity of multistage belt conveyor can not meet the actual production demand, a method of increasing speed and increasing efficiency is introduced. The transportation capacity of 3-2 belt conveyor in Fangezhuang Coal Mine is improved, and two belt conveyors are reformed. The technical transformation and design checking calculation method for improving the transport capacity of belt conveyor are given. The problems of high cost, high construction difficulty and long cycle of conventional replacement belt conveyer are solved, which is of great significance for reducing cost and increasing efficiency of coal mine.
