充填墻提升煤柱性能機理與數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:在對條帶煤柱破壞失穩(wěn)過程和規(guī)律分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了充填墻加固煤柱以提升其性能機理,對低強度膏體和高強度矸石混凝土充填墻提升煤柱性能進行了模擬及分析。結(jié)果表明:充填墻加固作用主要體現(xiàn)在對煤柱側(cè)向約束和分擔(dān)煤柱承載載荷上,充填墻自身強度和對煤柱的側(cè)向約束須滿足一定條件才能保證煤柱性能提升效果;充填墻主要限制了煤柱塑性破壞區(qū)煤體橫向變形并使其承載能力增加而寬度減小;充填墻分擔(dān)煤柱承載載荷,煤柱整體支承壓力都有所降低;高強度矸石混凝土充填墻提升煤柱性能效果優(yōu)于低強度膏體充填墻,相同寬度下可以分擔(dān)更多煤柱承載載荷、更有效地限制煤柱橫向變形并提供足夠的側(cè)向約束力;在模擬地質(zhì)采礦條件下當矸石混凝土充填墻寬度3 m時為最佳,煤柱性能得到顯著提升,又不至過大增加成本,煤柱整體應(yīng)力分布趨于平緩、均勻,橫向變形較小,3 m寬矸石混凝土充填墻可等效7.93 m寬煤柱,煤柱尺寸可減小15.86 m,煤炭采出率可提高17.62%。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the failure and instability process and law of strip coal pillar, the mechanism of reinforcing coal pillar with filling wall to improve its performance is studied, and the performance of low strength paste and high strength gangue concrete filling wall lifting coal pillar is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the reinforcement effect of filling wall is mainly reflected in the lateral constraint of coal pillar and the sharing of bearing load on coal pillar, and the strength of filling wall and the lateral constraint on pillar must meet certain conditions to ensure the effect of pillar performance enhancement. The filling wall mainly limits the transverse deformation of the coal body in the plastic failure zone of coal pillar and makes its bearing capacity increase and the width decrease, the filling wall shares the bearing load of the coal pillar, and the overall supporting pressure of the pillar decreases. The performance effect of high strength gangue concrete filling wall is better than that of low strength paste filling wall. Under the same width, it can share more bearing load of coal pillar, limit the transverse deformation of coal pillar more effectively and provide enough lateral binding force. Under the condition of simulated geological mining, when the width of the filling wall of gangue concrete is 3 m, the performance of coal pillar is improved significantly, and the cost is not increased too much. The overall stress distribution of coal pillar tends to be smooth and uniform. The transverse deformation of 3 m wide gangue concrete filling wall is equivalent to 7.93 m wide coal pillar, the coal pillar size can be reduced 15.86 m, and the coal recovery rate can be increased by 17.62 m.
