JK煤礦員工安全培訓(xùn)體系研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度的提升,安全生產(chǎn)要求也隨之提高,煤礦企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)尤為突出,因此,必須使煤礦員工從思想深處認(rèn)識(shí)到安全生產(chǎn)的重要性,并提高員工高安全生產(chǎn)的技能水準(zhǔn),為此,煤礦企業(yè)必須完善員工安全培訓(xùn)體系,強(qiáng)化員工安全培訓(xùn)。本文就JK煤礦安全培訓(xùn)體系的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題、優(yōu)化的思路及實(shí)施保障進(jìn)行了初步的研究。第一部分緒論。對(duì)本文研究的背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述及研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析。第二部分員工培訓(xùn)體系的相關(guān)理論。對(duì)員工培訓(xùn)體系的涵義、員工的培訓(xùn)與開發(fā)類型、員工培訓(xùn)體系的組成、員工培訓(xùn)體系的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)等進(jìn)行了論述。第三部分JK煤礦員工安全培訓(xùn)體系的問題。首先對(duì)JK煤礦進(jìn)行了簡要介紹,其次分析了JK煤礦員工安全培訓(xùn)體系中存在的問題。第四部分JK煤礦員工安全培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化。從員工安全培訓(xùn)的需求識(shí)別、員工安全培訓(xùn)體系的組織實(shí)施、員工安全培訓(xùn)體系的效果評(píng)估三個(gè)層面提出了JK煤礦員工安全培訓(xùn)體系的優(yōu)化措施。第五部分JK煤礦員工安全培訓(xùn)體系實(shí)施保障。從加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)型文化建設(shè),加大培訓(xùn)投入豐富培訓(xùn)資源,建立培訓(xùn)過程管理方案,完善工作機(jī)制保障培訓(xùn)效果四個(gè)方面提出了JK煤礦員工安全培訓(xùn)體系實(shí)施的保障措施。第六部分結(jié)論與展望。對(duì)全文的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)并展望。本文的主要成果是提出了JK煤礦培訓(xùn)對(duì)象的考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和培訓(xùn)大綱的要求,同時(shí)參考培訓(xùn)對(duì)象的培訓(xùn)需求,結(jié)合企業(yè)在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中可能遇到的危險(xiǎn)源類型,在綜合各類工作危險(xiǎn)性和培訓(xùn)對(duì)象技能與培訓(xùn)需求的基礎(chǔ)上制定針對(duì)性強(qiáng)的培訓(xùn)方案,并進(jìn)一步檢查培訓(xùn)方案的開展情況,對(duì)培訓(xùn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行科學(xué)測評(píng),根據(jù)結(jié)果制定相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)策略,提高培訓(xùn)的整體效能。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the speed of economic development in our country, the requirement of safe production is also raised, and the safety production of coal mine enterprises is especially prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to make the coal mine employees realize the importance of safe production from the deep thought. Therefore, coal mining enterprises must perfect the staff safety training system and strengthen the staff safety training. In this paper, the present situation, existing problems, optimization ideas and implementation guarantee of JK coal mine safety training system are studied preliminarily. The first part is introduction. The background and significance of this study, the domestic and foreign research review and research content are analyzed. The second part is related theory of employee training system. This paper discusses the meaning of employee training system, the type of employee training and development, the composition of employee training system, and the development trend of employee training system. The third part of JK coal mine staff safety training system. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces JK coal mine, then analyzes the problems existing in JK coal mine employee safety training system. The fourth part of JK coal mine staff safety training system optimization. The optimization measures of JK coal mine staff safety training system are put forward from three aspects: identification of staff safety training requirements, organization and implementation of employee safety training system, and evaluation of staff safety training system. The fifth part of JK coal mine staff safety training system implementation guarantee. From four aspects: strengthening the construction of learning-type culture, increasing the investment of rich training resources, establishing the training process management scheme and perfecting the working mechanism to ensure the training effect, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of JK coal mine staff safety training system. The sixth part is conclusion and prospect. The research of this paper is summarized and prospected. The main achievement of this paper is to put forward the assessment standard and training outline of JK coal mine training object, at the same time, referring to the training needs of the training object, combining with the type of risk source that the enterprise may encounter in actual production, On the basis of synthesizing all kinds of job hazards and the skills and training needs of the training object, we should develop a highly targeted training programme, and further check the development of the training programme, and carry out a scientific evaluation of the results of the training. According to the results, formulate the corresponding improvement strategy, improve the overall effectiveness of the training.
