可無線充電的鋰電池礦燈設(shè)計

【摘要】:為了解決礦燈因鋰電池容量有限而無法長時間工作及在井下充電存在安全隱患等問題,設(shè)計了一種可無線充電的新型鋰電池礦燈。該礦燈既可在煤礦井上采用礦燈充電架充電,又可在井下采用無線電能傳輸技術(shù)充電。在井下,礦燈無線充電器底座內(nèi)的無線電能發(fā)射電路將電能轉(zhuǎn)換為電磁波發(fā)射到周圍空間中,礦燈內(nèi)部的無線電能接收電路通過線圈耦合電磁波信號并將其轉(zhuǎn)換為5V直流信號,再通過專門的高精度充電電路為礦燈鋰電池充電。測試結(jié)果表明,該礦燈無線傳輸電能轉(zhuǎn)換效率高,充電過程符合鋰電池的充電特性,且安全性好。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that mine lamp can not work for a long time because of the limited capacity of lithium battery and the hidden danger of underground charging, a new type of mine lamp with lithium battery can be recharged wirelessly is designed. The lamp can be charged by both lamp charging rack and radio energy transmission technology. In the underground, the radio energy transmitting circuit in the radio charger base of the mine lamp converts the electric energy into the electromagnetic wave and emits it into the surrounding space. The radio energy inside the mine lamp receives the electromagnetic wave signal coupling through the coil and converts it to the 5V DC signal. Then charge the lamp lithium battery through a special high-precision charging circuit. The test results show that the power conversion efficiency of the lamp is high, the charging process accords with the charging characteristics of lithium battery, and the safety is good.
