礦用芳綸增強(qiáng)體輸送帶的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:煤礦生產(chǎn)中,帶式輸送機(jī)是一種主要的運(yùn)輸設(shè)備,而輸送帶是帶式運(yùn)輸機(jī)的重要組成部分,輸送帶起著承載以及運(yùn)輸物料的作用。輸送帶是一種復(fù)合制品,主要組成部分有帶芯骨架材料和基體材料,帶芯骨架材料一般為纖維、金屬或者織物,基體材料一般為橡膠或者塑料。材料和結(jié)構(gòu)的選擇影響著輸送帶的整體性能,包括力學(xué)性能、使用壽命、應(yīng)用場所等。隨著我國煤炭運(yùn)載量的增大,運(yùn)載效率的不斷提高,對輸送帶的需求也隨之升高,同時(shí)對質(zhì)量的要求也相應(yīng)提高。輸送帶的動力傳遞以及物料運(yùn)輸,最重要的特性便是輸送帶的強(qiáng)力,因此提高其強(qiáng)力便成為目前輸送帶發(fā)展的主要方向。芳綸纖維作為一種高強(qiáng)度纖維正好滿足了輸送帶發(fā)展的需求。本課題主要利用芳綸纖維的優(yōu)良的力學(xué)性能,針對芳綸Ⅲ長絲,進(jìn)行芳綸增強(qiáng)體輸送帶的設(shè)計(jì)及研究。并確定芳綸長絲織造前的處理方法為上漿處理。依據(jù)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)MT914-2008煤礦用織物整芯阻燃輸送帶的規(guī)定,進(jìn)行機(jī)織物的規(guī)格設(shè)計(jì)與織物工藝計(jì)算,設(shè)計(jì)出三類產(chǎn)品,即平紋組織織物、經(jīng)重平組織織物、紗羅組織織物,共計(jì)8種不同組織的芳綸織物增強(qiáng)體產(chǎn)品。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)工藝流程,對芳綸織物增強(qiáng)體進(jìn)行制備。在對芳綸織物增強(qiáng)體進(jìn)行制備的過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)芳綸長絲在織造的過程中易產(chǎn)生毛羽,造成紗線間相互糾纏。本課題設(shè)計(jì)了5種漿料配方,通過反復(fù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)測試,最終確定最優(yōu)芳綸長絲的漿料配方,即LAMCOL ES8:水=3:1。并且通過毛羽、耐磨性能以及退漿率的測試,表明芳綸長絲經(jīng)漿紗工藝后,反復(fù)摩擦,仍能保持較少的毛羽數(shù)量,降低了織造過程中芳綸長絲相互糾纏的可能性,進(jìn)而順利完成了8種芳綸織物增強(qiáng)體小樣試制,并對8種芳綸織物增強(qiáng)體進(jìn)行了織物厚度以及織物拉伸強(qiáng)度的測試。其中,紗羅組織織物的經(jīng)向斷裂強(qiáng)度最大,可以達(dá)到602.0N/5cm。根據(jù)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)MT914-2008煤礦用織物整芯阻燃輸送帶的規(guī)定,確定了輸送帶橡膠基體為氯丁橡膠,設(shè)計(jì)出了平紋組織、經(jīng)重平組織、紗羅組織3種組織結(jié)構(gòu)芳綸織物增強(qiáng)體復(fù)合材料,并制作了礦用芳綸增強(qiáng)體氯丁橡膠基輸送帶復(fù)合材料。對芳綸增強(qiáng)體氯丁橡膠基輸送帶復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)性能測試,分別為氧指數(shù)、硬度、拉伸強(qiáng)度、黏合強(qiáng)度、撕裂力等。測試結(jié)果表明,3種芳綸織物增強(qiáng)體氯丁橡膠基輸送帶的氧指數(shù)均可達(dá)36%以上,達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn);3種芳綸織物增強(qiáng)體氯丁橡膠基輸送帶的硬度均達(dá)標(biāo),織物增強(qiáng)體硬度均在邵氏A硬度80以上;3種芳綸織物增強(qiáng)體氯丁橡膠基輸送帶的力學(xué)性能均能符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其中紗羅組織增強(qiáng)體橡膠基輸送帶力學(xué)性能最好,其拉伸強(qiáng)度經(jīng)向?yàn)?191.14N/mm,緯向?yàn)?54.95N/mm,黏合強(qiáng)度為9N/mm,撕裂力為1755.39N。根據(jù)實(shí)際應(yīng)用,設(shè)計(jì)制作了3種輸送帶表面花紋分別為條形花紋、折形花紋、菱形花紋,對3種花紋輸送帶表面摩擦系數(shù)進(jìn)行了測試,結(jié)果表明,三種花紋均能滿足輸送帶的傾角為38°時(shí)的物料輸送。其中菱形花紋靜摩擦系數(shù)為0.85,能夠滿足輸送帶角度為40°時(shí)物料的正常運(yùn)輸。
[Abstract]:Belt conveyor is a main transportation equipment in coal mine production, and conveyer belt is an important part of belt conveyor. The conveyor belt plays the role of carrying and transporting material. The conveyor belt is a kind of compound products. The main components are core skeleton material and matrix material, and the core skeleton material is generally fiber, metal or fabric. Material and matrix materials are generally rubber or plastic. The selection of materials and structures affects the overall performance of the conveyer belt, including mechanical properties, service life, application places and so on. With the increase of the amount of coal carrying capacity in China, the increasing of carrying efficiency, the increase of the demand for the conveyor belt, and the corresponding improvement of the quality requirements. The most important characteristic of the power transmission and material transportation is the strength of the conveyer belt. Therefore, it is the main direction of the development of the conveyer belt to improve its strength. As a kind of high strength fiber, the aramid fiber meets the demand of the development of the conveyor belt. The design and research of the aramid reinforced body conveyer belt are designed and studied. The processing method for the aramid filament weaving is determined to be used for sizing treatment. According to the regulations of the industrial standard MT914-2008 coal mine fabric with whole core Flame-retardant conveyer belt, the specifications design of the woven fabric and the fabric process are calculated, and three kinds of products are designed, that is, the plain weave fabric and the leveling group. Woven fabric, leno fabric, a total of 8 different kinds of aramid fabric reinforced products. The aramid fabric reinforced body was prepared according to the production process. In the process of preparing the aramid fabric, it was found that the aramid filament easily produced hair feather during the weaving process, and caused the entanglement between the yarns. The rubber matrix of the conveyer belt is selected as the chloroprene rubber, and the 3 kinds of aramid fabric reinforced composites are made out of the plain weave tissue, the weave tissue and the leno structure, and the aramid reinforced neoprene rubber base conveyer composite material is made. The test results show that the oxygen index of the 3 aramid fabric reinforced chloroprene rubber base conveyer belt can reach more than 36%, reaching the standard, and the hardness of the 3 aramid fabric reinforced chloroprene rubber base conveyer belt is all up to the standard, and the hardness of the fabric reinforcement is 8 at shore A hardness of 8. The results show that the three patterns can satisfy the conveying of the material of the conveyor belt with a angle of 38 degrees.
