薄煤層采煤機(jī)自動調(diào)高系統(tǒng)特性及關(guān)鍵零件可靠性研究
[Abstract]:The performance of shearer's high adjusting system has a direct effect on the reliability and production efficiency of shearer, and it is a key component of shearer. Taking the automatic height adjustment system of a shearer as the research object, the mathematical model of the height control system is established and its performance is analyzed. It is found that the height control system with fuzzy PID control has better rapidity, stability and anti-interference. Aiming at the occurrence condition of complex coal seam containing iron sulfide nodule, the reliability analysis of the key parts of automatic height adjusting system of shearer is carried out, and the rigid-flexible coupling model and the mechanical-liquid coupling model of the height adjusting system are constructed. Through simulation, the weak parts of the hydraulic cylinder and piston rod in the complex working condition with iron sulfide nodules are obtained, and the optimization method is put forward to improve the dynamic reliability of the system. Finally, the fatigue life of the key parts of the optimization system is predicted by using Nsoft software, and the minimum fatigue cycle times of the hydraulic cylinder and piston rod are obtained. The results can meet the requirements of fatigue strength. The results of this paper can be used for reference in the design and optimization of automatic height adjustment system of shearer in the future.
