蘭家溝鉬礦-560m水平大巷穩(wěn)定性分析

【摘要】:針對金屬礦山開采水平大巷圍巖變形失穩(wěn)破壞問題,本文以蘭家溝鉬礦-560m水平大巷為例,在以往資料和研究基礎(chǔ)上,通過理論分析和數(shù)值模擬,對水平大巷圍巖失穩(wěn)與破壞機理、支護結(jié)構(gòu)作用進行深入研究。首先在總結(jié)巷道圍巖應(yīng)力場影響因素基礎(chǔ)上,通過力學(xué)分析和數(shù)值模擬,針對層狀圍巖結(jié)構(gòu)面特性,采用RFPA二維數(shù)值模擬軟件,通過圍巖破壞過程、位移變形和聲發(fā)射現(xiàn)象分析,分析得出不同結(jié)構(gòu)面間距對圍巖穩(wěn)定性影響規(guī)律;根據(jù)上述研究成果,歸納總結(jié)常用支護形式的特點,通過對有無支護體系時圍巖破壞過程、位移變形和聲發(fā)射現(xiàn)象分析,得出支護結(jié)構(gòu)對圍巖穩(wěn)定性影響規(guī)律;最后針對蘭家溝鉬礦深埋平巷中典型區(qū)段建立MIDAS三維模型,分析支護初期圍巖應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變變化規(guī)律及支護結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力變化,并通過現(xiàn)場測試分析驗證支護結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性。為蘭家溝鉬礦巷道支護提供理論依據(jù),以確保整個生產(chǎn)線的安全穩(wěn)定,保證井工開采安全進行。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of deformation instability of surrounding rock of horizontal roadway in metal mining, taking Lanjiagou molybdenum mine -560m horizontal roadway as an example, on the basis of previous data and research, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are carried out. The instability and failure mechanism of surrounding rock in horizontal roadway and the function of supporting structure are studied in depth. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the influencing factors of surrounding rock stress field of roadway, through mechanical analysis and numerical simulation, according to the characteristics of layered surrounding rock structure plane, RFPA two-dimensional numerical simulation software is used to simulate the failure process of surrounding rock. Based on the analysis of displacement deformation and acoustic emission phenomenon, the influence of different structural plane spacing on the stability of surrounding rock is obtained. According to the above research results, the characteristics of common supporting forms are summarized, and the failure process of surrounding rock when there is support system is summarized. Based on the analysis of displacement deformation and acoustic emission phenomenon, the influence of supporting structure on the stability of surrounding rock is obtained. Finally, the MIDAS 3D model is established for typical sections of deep buried roadway in Lanjiagou molybdenum mine to analyze the stress of surrounding rock in the initial stage of support. The strain variation law and the internal force change of the supporting structure are analyzed and the rationality of the supporting structure is verified by field test and analysis. It provides a theoretical basis for roadway support in Lanjiagou molybdenum mine to ensure the safety and stability of the whole production line and to ensure the safety of mining.
