高濃度鹽酸體系下叔胺N235三相萃取釩試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:含釩石煤經(jīng)鹽酸浸出后所得浸出液通常酸度較高,p H較低。為在不調(diào)節(jié)浸出液p H的條件下,以叔胺N235為萃取劑從高濃度鹽酸—釩體系中萃取釩的最佳工藝,考察了萃取劑的組成、萃原液鹽酸濃度、萃取相比(O/A)、萃取時(shí)間對(duì)釩萃取率的影響,并通過FT-IR分析探討了在不同鹽酸濃度下N235萃取釩形成的萃合物結(jié)構(gòu)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:對(duì)鹽酸濃度為2 mol/L,釩濃度為1.82 g/L的模擬酸浸液,在有機(jī)相N235體積濃度為20%,萃取時(shí)間為2min,萃取溫度為25℃,相比(O/A)為0.5情況下的釩單級(jí)萃取率為83.93%,三級(jí)逆流萃取釩總萃取率為98.37%。利用叔胺N235從鹽酸介質(zhì)中萃取釩時(shí),均會(huì)出現(xiàn)三相。在萃原液鹽酸濃度≥3.1 mol/L時(shí),萃合物結(jié)構(gòu)為(R_3NH)_4·(H_2O)_n·H_2V_(10)O_(28·)(HCl)x;萃原液鹽酸濃度3.1 mol/L時(shí),萃合物結(jié)構(gòu)為(R_3NH)_4·(H_2O)_n·H_2V_(10)O_(28)。
[Abstract]:The leaching solution of vanadium bearing stone coal after hydrochloric acid leaching usually has higher acidity and lower pH. In order to extract vanadium from high concentration hydrochloric acid vanadium system with tertiary amine N235 as extractant, the composition of extractant and the concentration of hydrochloric acid in extraction solution were investigated. The effect of extraction time on the extraction rate of vanadium was compared (O / A). The structure of the extraction complex formed by the extraction of vanadium N235 at different concentrations of hydrochloric acid was investigated by FT-IR.
