煤礦高壓電纜絕緣在線監(jiān)測研究

【摘要】:分析了煤礦高壓電纜出現(xiàn)水樹枝老化、電樹枝老化和整體均勻劣化下的電氣特性,采用小波消噪技術(shù)和基于正交分解的信號分離技術(shù)進(jìn)行接地線電流噪聲處理,通過接地線電流的變化趨勢和設(shè)定閾值來判斷電纜是否發(fā)生絕緣劣化。Matlab仿真結(jié)果表明,研究各條線路的絕緣參數(shù)變化與相應(yīng)接地線電流不同分量的關(guān)系,可實現(xiàn)對煤礦高壓電纜絕緣在線監(jiān)測特征信號的提取。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the electrical characteristics of coal mine high voltage cable under the condition of water tree aging, electric tree aging and integral uniform deterioration. Wavelet de-noising technology and signal separation technology based on orthogonal decomposition are used to deal with the earth wire current noise. The simulation results show that the variation of insulation parameters of each line and the different components of the corresponding earth wire current are studied by determining whether the insulation deterioration of cable occurs or not and the threshold is set by setting the threshold of the earth wire current, the simulation results show that the relationship between the insulation parameters and the different components of the corresponding earth wire current is studied. It can be used to extract the feature signal of high voltage cable insulation on-line monitoring in coal mine.
