【摘要】：近些年來煤化工行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,有煤炭資源的地方都在規(guī)劃以煤炭作為原料進(jìn)行建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。義煤綜能公司煤制氣項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜,投資額巨大,在進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全、成本等各方面的控制難度都非常大。并且,在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中,涉及到設(shè)計(jì)單位、原材料和設(shè)備的供貨商、施工承包商、分包商和監(jiān)理單位等眾多隊(duì)伍的參與。必須利用有效且科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制和質(zhì)量管理方法,才能對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效控制和管理。 本文以義煤綜能公司煤制氣項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)義煤綜能公司煤制氣項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)背景進(jìn)行了分析,提出了義煤綜能公司煤制氣項(xiàng)目在建設(shè)過程中存在的問題,并在項(xiàng)目建設(shè)中引入項(xiàng)目管理的重要性。在深入分析項(xiàng)目管理理論體系的過程中,把項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的理論應(yīng)用到義煤綜能公司煤制氣項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)之中。研究了義煤綜能公司煤制氣項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)度控制中的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的檢測(cè)和調(diào)整進(jìn)行了具體的分析。在項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方面,建立了該項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理職責(zé),分析了義煤綜能公司煤制氣項(xiàng)目在設(shè)計(jì)、采購和施工方面的質(zhì)量管理內(nèi)容,以及義煤綜能公司煤制氣項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理記錄和檢測(cè)的方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, coal chemical industry has developed rapidly, where coal resources are in the planning of coal as raw materials for construction projects. The system of coal production project is complex, the investment is huge, and it is very difficult to control the progress, quality, safety, cost and so on. In the process of project construction, it involves the participation of design units, suppliers of raw materials and equipment, construction contractors, subcontractors and supervision units. The effective and scientific method of project schedule control and quality management must be used in order to control and manage the project effectively. In this paper, the construction background of the coal gas production project of Yiwei Coal Comprehensive Energy Company is analyzed, and the problems existing in the construction process of the project are put forward. And introduce the importance of project management in the project construction. In the process of deeply analyzing the theory system of project management, the theory of project schedule control is applied to the construction of coal gasification project in Yiwei Coal Comprehensive Energy Company. This paper studies the progress plan of the construction progress control of the coal gas production project in Yiwei Coal Comprehensive Energy Company, and makes a concrete analysis on the detection and adjustment of the project progress. In terms of project quality management, the quality management responsibility of the project is established, and the content of quality management in the design, purchase and construction of the coal production project of Yiwei Coal Comprehensive Energy Company is analyzed. And the quality management record and test method of coal production project in Yiwei Coal Comprehensive Energy Company.
