礦區(qū)土地開發(fā)利用改進(jìn)不確定語(yǔ)言多屬性決策

【摘要】:針對(duì)屬性值為語(yǔ)言型的礦區(qū)土地開發(fā)利用決策問題,提出了層次分析法和不確定語(yǔ)言多屬性決策相結(jié)合的評(píng)估與決策方法。考慮區(qū)域、地面、地下等多方面影響,構(gòu)建了礦區(qū)土地開發(fā)利用適用性評(píng)估屬性集,建立了基于語(yǔ)言評(píng)估值的多屬性評(píng)估矩陣。同時(shí),將屬性重要性的層次分析法嵌入不確定語(yǔ)言多屬性決策過程,完成了結(jié)合實(shí)際評(píng)估方案的屬性重要性量化,并通過不確定擴(kuò)展有序加權(quán)平均算子,對(duì)各方案進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,得到了相對(duì)最優(yōu)方案。實(shí)例分析驗(yàn)證了礦區(qū)土地開發(fā)利用改進(jìn)不確定語(yǔ)言多屬性決策方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of land development and utilization decision making in mining area with attribute value as a language, an evaluation and decision method combining AHP and uncertain language multi-attribute decision making is put forward in this paper. Considering the influence of area, surface and underground, the attribute set of applicability evaluation of mining area land development and utilization is constructed, and the multi-attribute evaluation matrix based on language evaluation value is established. At the same time, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of attribute importance is embedded in the uncertain language multi-attribute decision making process, and the quantization of attribute importance combined with the actual evaluation scheme is completed, and each scheme is evaluated by the uncertain extended ordered weighted average operator. The relative optimal scheme is obtained. An example is given to verify the feasibility of improving the uncertain language multi-attribute decision making method for mining land development and utilization.
