【摘要】：針對傳統(tǒng)礦用電機車充電方式存在耗時長、電纜漏電等問題,提出了以松耦合變壓器為核心的礦用電機車無線充電系統(tǒng);利用有限元軟件ANSYS Maxwell分析了原副邊鐵芯配合偏差對松耦合變壓器效率的影響,并通過實驗進(jìn)行了驗證。仿真和實驗結(jié)果表明:氣隙越小,變壓器效率越高;橫向、縱向位移偏差分別在50,40mm以內(nèi)時,對變壓器效率影響較小。
[Abstract]:In view of the long time consumption and leakage of electric cables in traditional mining motor vehicles, a wireless charging system for mining motor vehicles with loosely coupled transformer as the core is put forward. The effect of the deviation of the iron core coordination on the efficiency of the loose coupling transformer is analyzed with the finite element software ANSYS Maxwell, and the simulation is verified through the experiment. The experimental results show that the smaller the air gap is, the higher the efficiency of transformer is; the deviation of lateral and vertical displacement is less than 50,40mm, which has little effect on transformer efficiency.
