等壓泄壓裝置測試含瓦斯煤滲吸效應可行性研究

【摘要】:為解決含瓦斯煤滲吸效應測試方法存在弊端、缺陷等問題,利用自制的等壓泄壓裝置對煤樣罐內(nèi)的瓦斯壓力進行連續(xù)監(jiān)測,同時對含瓦斯煤在不同吸附平衡壓力和不同含水率等壓環(huán)境下的最大置換量與非等壓環(huán)境下的最大置換量進行測試。結(jié)果表明:等壓泄壓裝置的可行性(R)在98%~99.3%之間,可用于研究外加水分對煤中瓦斯的滲吸效應;等壓環(huán)境下的最大置換量大于非等壓環(huán)境下的最大置換量;相同吸附平衡壓力下,隨著含水率的增加,最大置換量的差值有減小的趨勢;相同含水率下,隨著吸附平衡壓力的增加,最大置換量的差值亦有減小的趨勢。因此,等壓泄壓裝置為研究含瓦斯煤滲吸效應提供可靠的工具,使得到的研究結(jié)果更具有工程意義,從而為明晰水力化措施防突機理提供理論指導。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems such as shortcomings and defects in the test method of gas-bearing coal permeation effect, the self-made isobaric pressure releasing device is used to continuously monitor the gas pressure in the coal sample tank. At the same time, the maximum displacement of gas-bearing coal under different adsorption equilibrium pressure and different moisture content isobaric environment and the maximum displacement amount under non-isobaric environment were tested. The results show that the feasibility of the isobaric pressure relief device (R) is between 99.3% and 98%, which can be used to study the effect of added water on the permeability and absorption of gas in coal, the maximum displacement amount under isobaric environment is larger than that under non-isobaric environment, and the maximum displacement amount under the same adsorption equilibrium pressure is larger than that under non-isobaric pressure. With the increase of water content, the difference of the maximum displacement amount decreases, and the difference of the maximum displacement quantity decreases with the increase of adsorption equilibrium pressure under the same moisture content. Therefore, the isobaric pressure relief device provides a reliable tool for the study of gas-bearing coal permeability and suction effect, and makes the obtained research results more significant in engineering, thus providing theoretical guidance for clarifying the anti-outburst mechanism of hydraulic measures.
