煤礦井下巷道剖面收斂度的測量及擬合重建

【摘要】:巷道收斂量是巷道圍巖應(yīng)力變化最直觀的體現(xiàn),根據(jù)超聲波測距原理測得頂?shù)装逡平亢蛢蓭臀灰屏縼矸从诚锏朗諗苛浚缓髮⑾锏朗諗苛康臄?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,重建出了巷道三維模型,為支護(hù)和安全生產(chǎn)提供了保證。 本論文主要包括兩部分:超聲波測距系統(tǒng)和無線通信系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)巷道下環(huán)境的約束,設(shè)計(jì)了一種用3個(gè)超聲探頭輪流檢測的“倒梯形”方案。該方案中先對傳統(tǒng)的超聲測距法進(jìn)行了分析比較,選擇了用峰值時(shí)間檢測法,這樣能夠準(zhǔn)確的判斷出回波到達(dá)的時(shí)刻。在硬件設(shè)計(jì)上,系統(tǒng)選用了中心頻率為40KHz的超聲波探頭,以PIC單片機(jī)作為主控芯片,,在發(fā)射電路上選用了SP3232作為驅(qū)動芯片,在接收部分選用了LM358作為接收芯片,達(dá)到了測距距離遠(yuǎn),盲區(qū)小,抗干擾能力強(qiáng)等要求,同時(shí)還具有安裝方便和工作可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 無線通信系統(tǒng)以CC2530為核心處理器,通過“手拉手”接力方式對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行傳遞,將數(shù)據(jù)傳輸至通信總站,最后通過光纖或485模式傳至上位機(jī),工作人員通過對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,通過利用線框建模法,擬合重建出巷道的三維模型。 最后,實(shí)驗(yàn)的測試結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)的測距精度較為理想,并對影響系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)因素進(jìn)行了分析,從中找到減少誤差的方法,系統(tǒng)總體上達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:The convergence of roadway is the most intuitionistic embodiment of the stress change of surrounding rock of roadway. According to the principle of ultrasonic ranging, the approaching amount of roof and floor plate and the displacement of two sides are measured to reflect the convergent amount of roadway, and then the data of convergence amount of roadway are fitted. The three-dimensional model of roadway is reconstructed, which provides guarantee for supporting and safe production. This paper mainly includes two parts: ultrasonic ranging system and wireless communication system. According to the restriction of the environment under the roadway, a "inverted trapezoid" scheme with three ultrasonic probes is designed. In this scheme, the traditional ultrasonic ranging method is first analyzed and compared, and the peak time detection method is chosen, which can accurately judge the arrival time of echo. In the hardware design, the ultrasonic probe with the center frequency of 40kHz, the PIC microcontroller as the main control chip, the SP3232 as the driving chip and the LM358 as the receiving chip are selected in the hardware design. It achieves the requirements of long distance, small blind area, strong anti-jamming ability, and has the advantages of convenient installation and reliable work. The wireless communication system takes CC2530 as the core processor, transfers the data to the communication master station by the way of "hand in hand" relay, finally transmits the data to the host computer through the optical fiber or 485 mode, and the staff analyzes the data. The three-dimensional model of roadway is reconstructed by fitting and reconstructing by using wire frame modeling method. Finally, the experimental results show that the ranging accuracy of the system is ideal, and the factors affecting the system are analyzed, and the method to reduce the error is found. The system meets the design requirements on the whole.
