高鐵錳礦熔融還原錳鐵分離工藝研究

【摘要】:高鐵錳礦往往因錳、鐵礦物共生關(guān)系密切,嵌布粒度細(xì),部分錳鐵呈類質(zhì)同象形態(tài)存在,導(dǎo)致機(jī)械方法難以分離錳鐵。試驗(yàn)以鐵品位為42.32%、錳品位為9.24%的某高鐵錳礦為原料,開展了熔融還原"二步法"分離錳鐵工藝研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,礦石在預(yù)還原溫度為1 050℃,預(yù)還原時(shí)間為90 min,總碳鐵比為1.8(內(nèi)配碳碳鐵比為0.1)的條件下預(yù)還原,所得預(yù)還原產(chǎn)品的全鐵品位和鐵金屬化率分別為56.36%和95.49%;預(yù)還原產(chǎn)品在熔分溫度為1 450℃、熔分時(shí)間為20 min、熔分階段碳鐵比為0.05條件下進(jìn)行渣鐵分離,鐵水鐵品位高達(dá)93.77%、鐵回收率達(dá)98.24%、含錳1.18%,富錳渣錳品位為32.18%、錳回收率為93.98%,鐵、錳分離效果良好。
[Abstract]:Ferromanganese ore often has close symbiotic relationship with manganese and iron minerals, with fine intercalated granularity, and some ferromanganese is in the form of similar material, which makes it difficult to separate ferromanganese by mechanical method. In the experiment, a ferromanganese ore with 42.32 iron grade and 9.24% manganese grade was used as raw material, and the process of separating ferromanganese by melting reduction "two-step method" was studied.
