平朔東露天煤礦采空區(qū)處理與采礦一體化研究

【摘要】:平朔東露天煤礦開(kāi)采境界范圍內(nèi)有眾多小煤礦,由于這些小煤礦長(zhǎng)期的無(wú)序開(kāi)采、無(wú)充填開(kāi)采、采富棄貧等現(xiàn)象,造成了平朔東露天煤礦開(kāi)采境界內(nèi)現(xiàn)存在大量的地下采空區(qū),而這些采空區(qū)大多數(shù)都沒(méi)有位置、尺寸等具體資料,給露天煤礦的安全高效生產(chǎn)帶來(lái)很大的隱患。論文以平朔東露天煤礦采空區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)采空區(qū)的探測(cè)、采空區(qū)上覆巖層安全厚度的計(jì)算以及采空區(qū)處理和采礦一體化展開(kāi)研究。論文首先分析采空區(qū)探測(cè)常用方法的工作原理、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以及適用范圍,結(jié)合平朔東露天煤礦的實(shí)際情況,得出平朔東露天礦采空區(qū)探測(cè)工藝。論文通過(guò)分析相關(guān)資料,整理出采空區(qū)上覆巖層安全厚度計(jì)算所需計(jì)算參數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)多種不同的理論方法和數(shù)值模擬方法,綜合分析得出采空區(qū)上覆巖層安全厚度的合理值。論文最后通過(guò)分析露天煤礦開(kāi)采境界內(nèi)采空區(qū)獨(dú)有的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合露天煤礦生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,得出采空區(qū)的治理原則,根據(jù)采空區(qū)的不同種類(lèi)提出不同的治理方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合具體采空區(qū),提出采空區(qū)處理與采礦一體化理論,得出采空區(qū)處理的流程,并針對(duì)平朔東露天煤礦的實(shí)際情況,提出露天煤礦過(guò)采空區(qū)的安全措施。采空區(qū)處理與采礦一體化的研究,不僅對(duì)平朔東露天煤礦采空區(qū)的處理具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,也對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相類(lèi)似的礦山具有重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:There are many small coal mines within the mining boundary of Pingshuodong opencast coal mine. As a result of these small coal mines' long-term disorderly mining, no filling mining, mining rich and poor and so on, there are now a large number of underground mined-out areas in the boundary of Pingshuo East Open-pit Coal Mine. However, most of these goaf have no location, size and other specific data, which brings great hidden trouble to the safe and efficient production of opencast coal mine. In this paper, the goaf of Pingshuodong opencast coal mine is taken as the research object, the exploration of goaf, the calculation of the safety thickness of overlying strata in goaf, and the integration of goaf treatment and mining are studied. Firstly, this paper analyzes the working principle, advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope of the common methods of goaf detection. Combined with the actual situation of Pingshuo East opencast Coal Mine, the technology of goaf detection in Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine is obtained. By analyzing the relevant data, the paper sorts out the calculation parameters needed to calculate the safety thickness of overburden strata in goaf, and on this basis, through a variety of different theoretical methods and numerical simulation methods, The reasonable value of the safety thickness of overlying strata in goaf is obtained by comprehensive analysis. Finally, by analyzing the unique characteristics of goaf in the mining realm of open pit coal mine and combining the actual production of open pit coal mine, the paper obtains the principle of the treatment of goaf, and puts forward different treatment methods according to the different kinds of goaf, and on this basis, Combined with the specific goaf, this paper puts forward the theory of the integration of goaf treatment and mining, and obtains the process of goaf treatment, and puts forward the safety measures for overgoaf in Pingshuo East opencast coal mine according to the actual situation of Pingshuodong opencast coal mine. The research on the integration of goaf treatment and mining is not only of practical significance to the treatment of goaf in Pingshuo East opencast Coal Mine, but also of great significance for reference to similar mines at home and abroad.
