IE理論在望峰崗選煤廠班隊(duì)建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:選煤企業(yè)班隊(duì)建設(shè)是一個長期統(tǒng)一的戰(zhàn)略過程,在我國煤炭行業(yè)日益嚴(yán)峻的情況下,選煤企業(yè)也同樣面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。中國選煤企業(yè)如何應(yīng)對煤炭危機(jī)已是迫在眉睫的問題,而作為美日等發(fā)達(dá)國家的降低成本提高效率的主要方法IE理論即工業(yè)工程思想在我國的應(yīng)用還是比較狹窄的,尤其是在選煤企業(yè)班隊(duì)建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用更為薄弱。所以此課題以選煤企業(yè)班隊(duì)建設(shè)為對象應(yīng)用IE理論,提高我國選煤企業(yè)班隊(duì)建設(shè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度,進(jìn)而為選煤企業(yè)提高效率,降低成本,并且擴(kuò)大IE理論在我國的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。 首先介紹論文的研究背景、現(xiàn)狀等,發(fā)現(xiàn)此課題的研究意義并找出IE理論與班隊(duì)建設(shè)相結(jié)合的難點(diǎn)。其次寫出此課題的理論依據(jù)即IE理論方法體系和班隊(duì)建設(shè)基本理論。然后,用聚類分析法和判別分析法將實(shí)習(xí)獲得并整理的資料數(shù)據(jù)在SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件的環(huán)境下建立班隊(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)薄弱因素的判別模型,并將此模型在望峰崗選煤廠應(yīng)用實(shí)施。最后運(yùn)用IE理論方法體系中的工序分析法、作業(yè)流程化、安全管理自主化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化等具體方法針對影響選煤廠班隊(duì)建設(shè)的四大因素分別提出提升方案,并將各個方案在望峰崗選煤廠進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,提升效果較好。 將此課題的研究應(yīng)用在望峰崗選煤廠,效果非常明顯,班隊(duì)組織建設(shè)、生產(chǎn)管理、安全管理、質(zhì)量管理等方面都有質(zhì)的飛躍,其中生產(chǎn)管理中煤泥餅壓濾工藝的一個周成內(nèi),工序總數(shù)減少65個,搬運(yùn)距離減少18米,消耗時間減少69分鐘。
[Abstract]:Class construction of coal preparation enterprises is a long-term unified strategic process. Under the increasingly serious situation of China's coal industry, coal preparation enterprises are also faced with severe challenges. It is urgent for Chinese coal preparation enterprises to deal with the coal crisis. However, as the main method of reducing costs and improving efficiency in developed countries such as America and Japan, the application of IE theory, that is, industrial engineering thought, in our country is still relatively narrow. Especially in the coal preparation enterprise class construction application is more weak. Therefore, taking the class construction of coal preparation enterprise as the object, the author applies IE theory to improve the standardization of coal preparation enterprise class construction in our country, and then to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost for the coal preparation enterprise, and to expand the application field of IE theory in our country. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and current situation of the thesis, and finds out the significance of the research and finds out the difficulties of combining IE theory with class building. Secondly, the theoretical basis of the subject is IE theory and method system and the basic theory of class construction. Then, using cluster analysis method and discriminant analysis method, the data obtained from practice and collated are used in SPSS statistical software environment to establish the discriminant model of weak factors in standardization construction of shift teams, and the model is applied in Wangfenggang Coal preparation Plant. Finally, by using the process analysis method of IE theory and method system, the operation flow, safety management autonomy, standardization and other specific methods, aiming at the four major factors that affect the construction of coal preparation plant shift team, the promotion scheme is put forward respectively. Each scheme is applied in Wangfenggang Coal preparation Plant, and the effect is better. The research of this subject has been applied to Wangfeng Gang Coal preparation Plant. The effect is very obvious. There has been a qualitative leap in the construction of squad organization, production management, safety management, quality management, and so on. Total number of processes reduced 65, removal distance reduced 18 meters, consumption time reduced 69 minutes.
