吸附還原法制備凹土基核殼結(jié)構(gòu)棒狀鎳粉

【摘要】:以凹凸棒石棒晶作為內(nèi)核,用液相沉積法包覆Ni制備核殼結(jié)構(gòu)鎳粉須先進行表面活化,目前多采用貴金屬鈀進行活化。本研究提出采用吸附-還原法活化,利用凹土優(yōu)異的吸附性能,先在棒晶表面吸附Ni2+,再用還原劑將Ni2+還原成鎳,構(gòu)建初始活化錨點,然后再進化學(xué)沉積制備出核殼結(jié)構(gòu)鎳粉。分析了吸附-還原活化法凹土基鎳核殼結(jié)構(gòu)棒狀鎳粉的制備機理。該法無需貴金屬鈀,降低了成本,簡化了工藝,有良好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Using palygorskite bar crystal as the core, the surface activation of the shell structure nickel powder coated with Ni by liquid phase deposition is first activated. At present, more precious metal palladium is used for activation. This study proposed that the adsorption reduction method was used to activate the nickel powder by adsorption reduction method. The adsorption of Ni2+ on the surface of the rod crystal was first adsorbed on the surface of the rod crystal, and then the Ni2+ was reduced to nickel by the reductant. The nuclear shell structure nickel powder was prepared by the initial activation anchorage and then prepared by chemical deposition. The mechanism of preparation of nickel powder for nickel core and shell structure of nickel core and shell structure by adsorption reduction activation method was analyzed. The method did not need precious metal palladium, reduced the cost, simplified the process and had good application prospect.
