巖石半固定破碎站半連續(xù)工藝在近水平露天礦中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:論文綜合運(yùn)用露天采礦學(xué)原理、采礦系統(tǒng)工程、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)等方法,通過(guò)調(diào)查研究、理論分析和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程實(shí)踐,對(duì)近水平露天礦條件下的巖石半固定破碎站半連續(xù)系統(tǒng)能力確定、破碎站選型與布置優(yōu)化和排土帶式輸送機(jī)布置標(biāo)高調(diào)整方法,以及半連續(xù)系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)參數(shù)計(jì)算比較展開(kāi)深入研究。提出根據(jù)影響因素和可靠度分析計(jì)算系統(tǒng)能力兩種方法、建立了帶式輸送機(jī)參數(shù)驗(yàn)算模型。對(duì)多臺(tái)巖石半固定破碎站數(shù)量確定進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究,提出根據(jù)卡車卸載臺(tái)位數(shù)量確定巖石半固定破碎站的數(shù)量的方法;建立巖石半固定破碎站在服務(wù)塊段內(nèi)最優(yōu)位置的計(jì)算模型,并對(duì)巖石半固定破碎站的移設(shè)方式進(jìn)行了梳理,重點(diǎn)對(duì)卡車沿徑向和切向向巖石半固定破碎站卸載的兩種方法進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)露天礦現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際給出了國(guó)內(nèi)露天礦巖石半固定破碎站移設(shè)時(shí)間和移設(shè)費(fèi)用參考值。為了解決端幫帶式輸送機(jī)和排土工作面帶式輸送機(jī)存在標(biāo)高差、搭接困難的問(wèn)題提出排土帶式輸送機(jī)標(biāo)高跳躍式降低法和臨時(shí)措施方法。根據(jù)近水平露天礦巖石剝離半連續(xù)工藝的需要和巖石半固定破碎站的特點(diǎn),對(duì)巖石半固定破碎站半連續(xù)經(jīng)濟(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算與比較,提出巖石半固定破碎站半連續(xù)應(yīng)用時(shí)應(yīng)將其經(jīng)濟(jì)參數(shù)與相同狀態(tài)下的單斗-卡車工藝、外包經(jīng)濟(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算、分析與比較,以確定半連續(xù)工藝的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果,并對(duì)上述三種工藝的經(jīng)濟(jì)參數(shù)計(jì)算建立了定量計(jì)算、比較模型。特別提出露天礦用自卸卡車的垂向反向運(yùn)輸問(wèn)題,并對(duì)垂向反向運(yùn)輸時(shí),露天礦運(yùn)輸成本的增加值進(jìn)行量化計(jì)算,為露天礦提供更精確的運(yùn)輸路線、運(yùn)輸成本計(jì)算模型。論文還以巖石半固定破碎站半連續(xù)在黑岱溝露天煤礦的應(yīng)用為例進(jìn)行實(shí)例說(shuō)明。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the principles of open-pit mining, mining system engineering, technical economics and computer technology are comprehensively used, and through investigation and research, theoretical analysis and field engineering practice, The capacity of semi-fixed rock crushing station, the selection and layout optimization of crushing station and the elevation adjustment method of belt conveyer are determined under the condition of near horizontal opencast mine. And the economic parameter calculation of semi-continuous system is studied deeply. According to the influence factors and reliability analysis and calculation system capacity two methods are put forward to establish the belt conveyor parameter checking calculation model. The determination of the number of semi-fixed rock crushing stations is studied in detail, and the method of determining the number of semi-fixed rock crushing stations based on the number of unloading stations of trucks is put forward. The calculation model of the optimal position of the rock semi-fixed crushing station in the service block section is established, and the moving mode of the semi-fixed rock crushing station is sorted out. Two methods of unloading the truck along radial and tangential direction towards the rock semi-fixed crushing station are analyzed, and the reference values of the moving time and cost of the semi-fixed rock crushing station in the domestic opencast mine are given according to the actual situation in the domestic open-pit mine. In order to solve the problem of the difference in height between the belt conveyor and the belt conveyor in the working face, the method of lowering the elevation of the belt conveyor and the method of temporary measures are put forward in order to solve the problem of difficulty in lapping. According to the requirement of rock stripping semi-continuous process in near-horizontal open-pit mine and the characteristics of rock semi-fixed crushing station, the semi-continuous economic parameters of rock semi-fixed crushing station are calculated and compared. It is put forward that the economic parameters of semi-fixed rock crushing station should be calculated, analyzed and compared with the single-bucket truck process in the same condition, and the economic effect of semi-continuous process can be determined by calculation, analysis and comparison. The quantitative calculation and comparison model are established for the calculation of the economic parameters of the three processes mentioned above. This paper puts forward the problem of vertical reverse transportation of dump truck in opencast mine, and quantifies the added value of transportation cost of open-pit mine, which provides a more accurate transportation route and transportation cost calculation model for open-pit mine. The application of semi-fixed rock crushing station in Heidaigou opencast coal mine is taken as an example.
